"Aris BPA has a lot of tools that are more professional than Bizagi."
"The solution is user-friendly and easy to expose."
"It helps the business make an informed decision."
"From an architectural point of view, when you're looking at the business area, you can find all the information you have to use as an architect."
"We also have relationships specified with our IT systems and our organizational chart. That makes it possible to analyze things from the systems point of view and regarding the organizational part of the company. It all comes together in one tool and that is what gives us the most value at the moment."
"The most valuable features are business process modeling and reporting."
"We found the technical support to be helpful."
"Web diagramming and RACI have helped expedite the process, capture, and ownership initiatives of our organization."
"Finding the right symbol and creating links, horizontal and vertical are the features I use."
"This product fulfills ninety percent of our needs, and we're happy as users of it."
"It has simplified compliance with regulations and company standards."

"The solution's technical support is of good quality since they offer fast and seamless services."
"iGrafx gives you the capability of documenting your process and then the ability to use it as a tool for analysis to identify the loopholes and shortcomings of your process."
"With ARIS BPM, the script creation is quite cumbersome. With version ten, we needed our developers to do scripting."
"Simulation is one area that is a bit complex."
"The user interface could be more intuitive and better designed."
"There is not enough documentation provided for the tool's support or administration."
"The tool's installation and configuration part needs to improve."
"The model graphics can be exported in PDF, but the model is too small to read."
"I use it strictly for developing the business process model. I don't use it for the actual automation. I do that with Vtenext. I have standardized on Vtenext, and I don't use ARIS BPM anymore. The Vtenext UI is just as good, and it is much more tightly coupled to the underlying object model. I can get more done in one session with Vtenext rather than first going to ARIS BPM, then importing, and having to edit it for tight coupling."
"Regarding stability, when there are any customized settings being done at customer end - post upgrade to newer versions - it makes the customer environment unstable for a short duration."
"The solution could benefit from improvements to its interface. More specifically, when compared to other tools, the process modeling features lack symbols or object types that are used to represent the information or data within the process."
"It can be more user-friendly."
"I would love to see a template and shapes for customer journey mapping."
"It would be helpful to be able to do more analytics and generate reports on historical documents that have already been uploaded to the server."
"Dragging and dropping shapes is not as user-friendly as in Visio. In Visio, it's very easy to work with shapes and in very few minutes you can plot a whole, multi swim-lane, cross-functional process."
"The look and feel, along with the ease of use of the solution's web modeling version, is an area with certain shortcomings."
"In the next release, I would like to see more layers like three, four, and five. It might be possible but I haven't seen it yet."
"It would be nice to have a Spanish user interface available to us."

@Evgeny Belenky @Kaustubh Dani,
Nowadays, most BPMs allow you to import and export BPMN models without much difficulty. especially if you are using the out-of-the-box solution.
The model will remain intact on most occasions. However, the main challenge will be the attributes/ metadata which may not find their way to the new BPM, i.e. the export and import attributes may not be described in the same manner.
Things can get a bit more complex if there is customization from the source of import (e.g. iGrafx).
If you are dealing with a small number of process models, you can test the export and import functionality and see what attributes/ metadata are missing.
For a bigger volume of the process model, it's more economical for the new BPM consultant to prepare a script to import the model and attributes. The export model and task attributes will need to fit into the import ARIS Function Allocation Diagram (FAD).
