We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"There is no latency in the product.""Ability to see the blueprint of the design executed alongside the actual process.""We can save on staff costs by automating processes.""The ease of building automation and the development environment""This solution comes with a lot of good features.""Once it does the monitor, it collects the respective data and creates an output that is required for reconfiguration.""The platform is user-friendly and easy to learn in a low-code environment.""If I look at the top four, I believe it is far more user-friendly than the other competition."

"The price is good.""The solution is based on Python which makes it very valuable.""I have worked with UiPath and Automation Anywhere previously. Robocorp offers an improved development style and support as well as flexibility of its tools. You can easily develop custom libraries in Robocorp.""As a developer, I found it easy to integrate third-party applications with Robocorp. I have previous experience with Selenium, and I found the Robocorp framework to be accessible because it uses Python and Selenium keywords.""It supports Python runtime because of that, runtime also improves.""It offers high scalability and enables automation in ways that haven't been possible before.""Robocorp is based on Python, so you can use Python scripts and create libraries for your use cases. Building libraries and custom scripts for a particular client and general use cases is easy. We can reuse those scripts for other clients, so we start seeing benefits quickly.""It's easy to deploy bots via the API helper in Control Room. Robocorp's debugging features are also robust. It shows you a lot of data."

Cons
"I personally would like the solution to be supporting more languages.""The tool’s customer support should improve. There were instances where I tried to call them up and was put on hold. However, they do revert back through emails once a ticket has been issued. They should be quick with their responses on calls.""I would like to see a web-based control room, rather than the one that is in-built with the desktop version.""Lacking advance features like CIO and optical character recognition""If Blue Prism could integrate into Azure SQL because it's essentially an on-prem code, on infrastructure as a service. So, Blue Prism has moved the infrastructure into the cloud, but they haven't necessarily moved the application into cloud-native.""We have limited integrations in place, and my objective is to integrate Sentinel. However, there are constraints as some individuals have only one or two options for SIM integration solutions. Given the urgency of quick resolutions in today's landscape, prevention and detection are crucial. While these measures provide significant security, it's equally important to focus on response and recovery. In the case of a ransomware attack, it's not enough to solely prevent and detect. Once detection is in place, a response model should be implemented to automate the process and minimize the time required for tasks, such as creating investigation reports. In the past, it would take approximately seven to eight days to create an investigation report for a specific attack, including writing a case study. This process can be streamlined and improved through the automation of contextual investigation reports. By saving base templates and content, including screenshots and attack details, automation can be achieved. We are currently working on integrating Microsoft WAF and Excel for this purpose, but having a built-in tool would be ideal.""They should work on the solution's pricing.""There's a need to deal with unstructured input with RPA."

"The standard libraries in Robocorp should be more advanced.""I don't like the complexity of deployment.""The platform's documentation could be better.""We would also like an integrated PDF reader and better integration with custom solutions. The built-in Excel customization is limited, but we can still accomplish what we want using Python. We must rely on Python to customize processes in Robocorp. I don't know about the latest IDE from Robocorp, but the old one doesn't have a lot of activities.""It would be better if it were more user-friendly for non-technical users. It would be better if they had some drag-and-drop features to create logic.""The deployment process is complex and not straightforward, especially for legacy modernization.""Robocorp is still in development, so most of the keywords are a bit confusing. I have to alter lots of automation steps between processing and development. However, Selenium is due for an update soon, and Robcorp is addressing some of the limitations caused by the previous Selenium version.""I preferred the user interface in the older versions. When troubleshooting, it's sometimes hard to find details about where things went wrong. You need to search a little harder. It takes more clicks to get to where you want to go. It can be somewhat confusing. When you run a process that fails, it takes you somewhere you may not expect."
