"The blocking, based on the signal provided, is the solution's most valuable aspect."
"Forcepoint is a good, stable solution."
"It is a stable solution, and there are no issues so far."
"The feature that I have found the most useful is that it meets all our requirements technically."
"Palo Alto Networks VM-Series is easy to maintain...From a security point of view, I find Palo Alto Networks VM-Series to be a better product compared to the other solutions in the market."
"It has a good performance which helps you with the stability of your virtual environment."
"It gives us the ease that we are secure. We have set up the proper things that help make our data safe."
"The most valuable feature is that you can launch it in a very short time. You don't have to wait for the hardware to arrive and get it staged and installed. From that perspective, it is easy to launch. It is also scalable."
"The most valuable features are the User ID, URL filtering, and application filtering."
"We now know a lot more detail about what our users are doing on the network."
"The most valuable feature is the Posture Assessment."
"The solution's framework needs to be frequently updated in order to have a stable solution."
"Technical support needs to be improved."
"There are some complex administration tasks in their administration portal. That needs to be improved."
"With the addition of some features, it is possible that FortiGate can be used in all verticals."
"Security is a continuous process. In every product, there is a requirement for improvement. Its pricing should also be improved according to Indian market requirements. They must also improve on the reporting part. Its reporting can be more precise. If we can get a real-time report in a specific format, it will be helpful for customers to know about the current status of their security."
"If they could extend their fabric towards other vendor environments for integration, that would be great."
"The command line is complicated, and the interface could be better."
"In the next release, maybe the documentation on how to use this solution could be improved."
"Its management center should be easier to use. The management interface of Forcepoint is unique and a little bit different from some of the firewall solutions on which people might have worked before. Sometimes, the customers say that it is not very friendly, and we help them with how to use this management interface. It just takes a little bit of time, and after some time, it gets easy to manage or use. It is quite similar to Palo Alto, Fortinet, and legacy Juniper solutions. Their support should be faster. We have received complaints that they are not responding fast, which is not good for the vendor and us."
"They should provide more details on potential cyber threats."
"In larger companies with extensive infrastructure, retrieving logs for a longer period of time can sometimes take a bit longer than desired."
"While they offer a comprehensive bundled solution, some users may prefer on-premise deployments for certain features, such as URL filtering."
"Forcepoint is a little difficult to configure compared to its competitors."
"Next Generation Firewall's configuration could be improved."
"Configuration is not easy because it has an old-fashioned interface. The configuration interface is highly complex, and it's been the same for years. They have to change the interface."
"The solution needs to add an antivirus profile and anti-spyware profile, not just policies and VPN."
"From time to time, they have released some content updates that have some issues, maybe twice a year."
"The web interface is very slow, and it needs to be faster."
"The product needs improvement in their Secure Access Service Edge."
"The interface is all Java-based. I would prefer an HTML5 interface."
"People are less aware of Palo Alto."
"It would be good if the common features work consistently in physical and virtual environments. There was an integration issue in the virtual deployment where it didn't report the interface counters, and we had to upgrade to the latest version, whereas the same thing has been working in the physical deployment for ages now. It seems that it was because of Azure. We were using VMware before, and we didn't have any such issues. We do see such small issues where we expect things to work, but they don't because of some incompatibilities. There also seems to be a limitation on how to do high availability in a virtualized environment. All features should be consistently available in physical and virtual environments. It is not always easy to integrate Palo Alto in the network management system. We would like to be able to compare two network management systems. They can maybe allow monitoring an interface through the GUI to create a reference or do a baseline check about whether your network monitoring system is actually giving you the correct traffic figures. You need traffic figures to be able to recognize the trends and plan the capacity."
"The solution needs to improve its visibility. It's not straightforward to use. Understanding the policies, authorizations, and initializing features requires careful review. The product needs to offer proper training."
"I would like to see a more thorough QA process. We have had some difficulties from bugs in releases."
