Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable feature is that it is simple to use.""Google Apps for Business and Skype for Business are the perfect solutions for every business thriving online. It is very easy and inexpensive to get work done with these applications online.""The valuable features of this solution are ease of use, performance is great, and collaboration. It is very easy to share and joins documents.""Being able to back up our data on Google Drive is a critical and valuable feature for our customers. It is just in sync. Imagine you change a file on the desktop, and it gets updated directly to your Google Drive. Our laptop is completely in sync with Google Drive. Google Meet, Google Sheets, and Google Docs are also amazing products. They're very versatile and easy to use as compared to Office 365. I am using Google Sheets and Google Docs, which first save the work on my memory or ROM, and then on my RAM. It gives me better productivity through Google Sheets and Google Docs.""Ability to co-edit and collaborate on content.""It's easy to control the admin settings, like updating the SDS, NIK, etc. I""G Suite and all of Google were the first to have a built-in multifactor authentication without needing to purchase another product.""Google integrates well with our system. G Suite has an open API, so you can connect any open system with Google capable of working with API. This is the main reason we use it."

"The most valuable features are its ease of use, excellent pricing, and it is platform agnostic.""It's relatively simple to use.""The user interface is good.""We have contacted technical support a handful of times and received some assistance.""Kerio Connect is secure, flexible, and easy to control from the user interface. It has many security features able to be controlled from one place, such as anti-spam. I have found it very convenient. Additionally, you can analyze log files and share folders which is helpful.""The most valuable features are security and privacy because you installed it on your server, within your company premises, not in the cloud.""What I like most about Kerio Connect is that it supports ActiveSync, and that is its most critical feature. The solution is also a nice, simple, robust, and stable mail server."

Cons
"There's a bit of a learning curve.""Better integration without visual misrepresentation with the Microsoft suite is required.""Google Workspace has limitations as a document or file management system. Without a workspace account, manual actions are required to perform tasks such as managing groups of people. Additionally, managing permissions individually is a time-consuming and inefficient process. It's difficult to articulate, but the process is not very streamlined.""The problem with the presentation is that if you upload a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and you convert it to Google presentation, the slides or pictures, their images are not editable. You can't edit the slides that you brought in. They're just images.""Google Mail's spam filter needs improvement. If I'm sending mail to another email user, sometimes it goes to the spam folder, and they won't know unless they check because they aren't seeing it in the primary inbox. They may miss important emails. At the same time, I'm receiving spam that shouldn't go to my inbox.""There are times the plugins or extensions in the solution do not work properly and I need to disable and enable the solution.""G-Suite is excellent for what we're trying to do, but it could use some extra features. For example, it would be helpful if we had a seamless way to convert Excel macros to Google Sheets.""They can maybe improve its graphical user interface. Google is not really known for having a PC interface. It is just a nice-to-have feature."

More Google Workspace Cons →

"You cannot integrate with other services like Google Docs, Google Assistant, Google Calendar, etc.""I would like to see better support from their support team.""Most of our clients use Outlook and Kerio Connect. Occasionally, Kerio can be a bit slow. They could make it faster to get onto the web interface without so much load time. It's just slow with Outlook, however, for some reason.""It could be simpler to use and install, but I still wouldn't use it because there isn't a compelling use case.""Having a native Outlook map integration would make Kerio Connect better.""The solution could improve the redundancy because we only have one copy of the Kerio Connect server on our hardware. The next step for us is to move to the cloud and if Kerio does not have a cloud version available they should release one""The search and archiving documentation capabilities need to be stronger."
