Find out what your peers are saying about monday.com, Microsoft, Asana and others in Project Management Software."Its dashboards and reports are the most valuable. We are able to share these reports and other information with our leadership."
"With multiple team members working on multiple fast-moving briefs, tasks, and projects - often remotely and in different timezones - Monday.com has become our reliable source of truth to oversee and manage everything that's going on."
"Automation is definitely my favorite feature as it makes our lives so much easier."
"We have project overviews to keep track of each client and project and I can also see what the other managers are doing."
"The appearance of Monday.com makes it easier to consume and digest."
"Items and boards are ideal as they help in keeping everything in a single location without any confusion."
"Shareable boards with external partners and a couple of automations are valuable. I also like the simplicity or the clarity of the platform, and how it's a one-stop shop for everything rather than having multiple spreadsheets and folders."
"It has made the entire tracking process much easier."
"The solution is great for notification on changes and updates and Excel exporting and we can easily build and customize new boards."
"It is a little rigorous in its methodology and is cumbersome. For example, I have a hard stop date and I would like a project to end by a specific date, but this is not how this solution works. It sorts of spits out the project date based on your resource availability, dependencies, and so on. This sort of project planning works in theory, but that's not always the case. It also relies heavily on resources entering their time into the system, that is, how much time they worked on each of the tasks so that it can sort of consistently update the project. I know that in a lot of organizations, including ours, it is almost impossible to get them to track the time. In terms of additional features, they can include more integration with Microsoft because integration is going to be a key functionality."
"The system could collate information from other boards easier."
"I work with many internet tabs open and would prefer having Monday.com as a separate program - not opened via the website."
"It would be good if we could have the option to choose custom colors for the status fields and groups so we can make some boards more branded."
"I would love to be able to have a chat option with Monday.com's IT so that if I'm looking to add a new view or experience to our planning boards, they could easily talk me through the best option."
"It has more limitations than we expected."
"The web page can be a bit buggy at times, especially after I switch to a different tab and then come back to the Monday site after leaving it idle for a few minutes."
"We often have problems with bugs and slow service."
"Better integration with Outlook would be awesome."
