The solution offers robust control and governance and is very stable. However, in terms of deployment and technical support, users are happier with Microsoft.
"All of the features are valuable, depending on where you implement them. I've done implementations in 60 countries, across 86 different companies and groups, and each company has a different reason for why they want to use it. Every single feature that I've implemented has been successful, and for some companies, where they didn't use the functionality, they have moved to external products or they've integrated into other applications."
"Microsoft Dynamics NAV's most valuable feature is the integration with other Microsoft solutions."
"The initial setup is easy - because it stands on Microsoft offerings, it's simple and intuitive to use."
"Has good integration with Power BI."
"The solution's integrations and interface are very good."
"I like Microsoft Dynamics' simplicity. The interface is excellent, and it's a highly mature product. You can hardly find any bugs in the product."
"Its most valuable feature is the user interface."
"The platform offers a robust and comprehensive cycle for supply chain and inventory management, with features like minimum and maximum settings, dynamic monitoring of inventory levels, and integration with Microsoft's AI capabilities."
"The most valuable feature is the robust workflows that SAP provides to us in our organization. Overall, I find it the best ERP solution compared to other similar solutions."
"Their tech support is always good."
"The architecture of the solution overall is great. It's great for development, testing, and production. I've worked with solutions where the architecture wasn't as strong and it was a disaster."
"It is an integrated application, and it has been working really well. Earlier, there were different companies for different applications for manufacturing, finance controlling, logistics, and quality. It probably was the first fully integrated application. Whenever somebody is entering any data, for example, invoice data or ordering data, everyone with a right to see this data can see it in the system."
"Its integration is most valuable."
"SAP ERP has a good user interface with a lot of functionalities and good interface options."
"It's a good ERP system."
"The product’s most valuable feature is a centralized system integrating different departments within the organization."
"The UI is not particularly user-friendly and the CRM could do with some enhancements."
"The tool needs to work on reporting issues and user interface."
"The solution is stable, but it could improve."
"I think Microsoft should improve on the process of how the user decides on a business workflow. For example, there may be some kind of drag-and-drop interface that lets us decide for ourselves how to develop the business workflows that fit our purpose."
"The solution could include the retail tool in the native version."
"The product should improve work optimization."
"For a big company like us with millions of transactions, the scalability isn't enough."
"Customization and costs could be improved."
"Though SAP ERP's FICO module is a strong part of the product, its integration capabilities can be made stronger."
"It is a little difficult to use."
"More integrations and built-in integrations with other environments and products are needed."
"Functionality could be improved."
"The system is very big. It is not exactly user-friendly, due to the fact that it's so massive and complex."
"The user interface can be more intuitive and user-friendly by having it be more menu-driven, this would be a large benefit."
"SAP is not making a big effort to make it easy to integrate solutions from other vendors. It's not easy at all... Integration is what they can do better."
"Sometimes the cost is not reasonable, such as in the case of budgeting."
