Find out what your peers are saying about UiPath, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere and others in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)."It is a stable solution."
"The feature most useful for integrating different applications is its ability to create flows. Specifically, we use flows to integrate with finance and operations."
"We use Power Automate for applicant tracking and automated around 80 percent of the process."
"Currently, we are mostly using the desktop part of it for data. We are basically extracting the data and then putting it in."
"This product is a really easy-to-use solution for quickly developing prototypes."
"It is quick, so I'm quite happy with it. It is also easy to use."
"I find WinAutomation's linear approach to the code and function calling valuable."
"The most valuable features of this solution are the cost and ease of use, it's very simple."
"It lets us automate almost anything, even with the legacy tools. It is very easy for us now to automate with legacy tools, which used to be difficult earlier. We work with a lot of other automation tools from Micro Focus, such as Operation Orchestration, but these tools can only connect to the API. So, there was a gap when we wanted to automate older and legacy tools that didn't have any API to connect to. We can now also automate without any changes in the customer environment. We don't need to change anything in the way that the customer environment works."
"If the product had onscreen help, it would be easier to learn and use."
"Some automation features on some programs did not work smoothly."
"The technical support has room for improvement."
"When you try to create a flow or work on the flow in Microsoft Power Automate you cannot undo changes. There are no options to edit or, undo an action. This feature would be useful. The editing option within the flow can be enhanced."
"Inability to use a lot of connectors without having a premium license."
"I would like to have chatbot assistance available, where you can open it and receive help on the spot."
"Microsoft Power Automate is limited if we want to create a complex flow because we have to split the log into two flows."
"Execution of workflows could be improved."
"It currently supports only on-premises deployments. They can include support for cloud deployments. It should provide us the ability to choose a robot for executing a workflow. We want to control which robot executes a certain workflow. Right now, it automatically chooses the robot that is going to execute our workflow. It should also provide the ability to get filters on the outputs of the steps. We have each workflow as a step, and each step has some output. We would like to have the functionality to execute some script or some logic on these outputs to format the tests directly on the variables."
