It depends on your use case. Is it simply to automate a couple of processes? Is it to augment a human team? AA is very good in certain situations but lacks in others. For me, it's more the team that deploys the Bots than the technology itself. If your partner is an AA partner with a good track record, chances are the project will be a success.
AA is pretty good in terms of automating any complex process. If your processess are simple and straight forward, it is all the more easy with Automation Anywhere. If there are complex processess that involces document processing (structured/unstructured w/handwritten data) it certainly needs a POC to see how it is going to help your case. In general Automation Anywhere is very robust and scalable

From my experience using AA tool, it depends on the applications that you want to automate, because there some applications that AA has limitations for, such as the Oracle. For web-based applications, this tool has good performance.
