On the other hand, Trend Micro Cloud One is valued for its excellent vulnerability protection, login inspection, and control over restrictions for server access and application installation. Additionally, Cloud One provides valuable visibility inside microservice architecture and between pods. AWS Security Hub has room for improvement in terms of integration options, user interface, and multi-cloud compatibility. On the other hand, Trend Micro Cloud One needs improvement in pricing, automation, setup, licensing, marketing documentation, local agent logs, alerts, and flexibility.
Service and Support: The technical support provided by AWS Security Hub was described as prompt and good, whereas Trend Micro Cloud One's support was consistently praised and rated highly. Trend Micro Cloud One was noted for having a shared support center with 100 resources deployed 24/7, and customers rated their technical support for Container Security at nine or ten out of ten.
Ease of Deployment: AWS Security Hub is easy to set up and requires minimal maintenance, while Trend Micro Cloud One's setup can be more complex and time-consuming, depending on the user's technical skills and environment. AWS Security Hub requires policy configuration, while Trend Micro Cloud One requires daily monitoring and maintenance and can take up to a month to deploy.
Pricing: AWS Security Hub has a fair and acceptable setup cost, whereas Trend Micro Cloud One's cost falls within the average range and depends on the number of units. Although Trend Micro may require additional services, its basic service offers a solid foundation for monitoring infrastructure.
