"I enjoy the enhancement of UiPath's debugging tools. I like the IDE and integration services. There have been massive improvements. I love to work with Orchestrator. It has become more streamlined and helpful.""The ease of configuring new processes via drag-and-drop is invaluable.""The eagerness of UiPath engineers and their salespeople to help us along the process has helped us align ourselves more with UiPath.""I love it for the deep artificial intelligence that it has. It has the AI to recognize the processes, analyze all the workflows through user interactions, and discover automation opportunities. It is very intelligent in these aspects.""Their core platform of Studio is valuable. The ease of use and the ability to build these automations quickly is definitely a highlight for us. Our average process from start to finish takes three to four weeks. We can knock out automations as quickly as we can identify them. That is probably the best feature I see.""UiPath has helped reduce human error.""The most valuable features are the ease of use and the amount of resources and community that are out there for UiPath. They have all of the information that you would generally pay for with other providers. It's a very easy-to-learn solution as long as you put time and effort into it.""UiPath has reduced human error by 20%."

Cons
"They need to create a workflow system."

"I would like to see a universal recorder feature added so that we can record Excel macros. You could then click a button to record the screen, and then all the actions across applications would be recorded. This functionality is available already in Automation Anywhere, but the last time I checked, it was not available in UiPath.""There are instances when the introduction of new features or concepts can be a bit overwhelming for users.""The speed of upgrades is really hard to follow.""You can't write small snippets of code. If you want to do a single code snippet, this is not available by default.""The price always has room for improvement.""Support could use improvement. It's always a struggle to engage with them. We have a very tight relationship with support, but when things are in hot water, everyone wants to fix it right away which doesn't always happen.""While it is still the best, the usability for end-users without programming experience can be improved.""We have had some issues with StudioX."
