We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"We liked the search bar in PingSafe. It is a global search. We were able to get some insights from there.""We really appreciate the Slack integration. When we have an incident, we get an instant notification. We also use Joe Sandbox, which Singularity can integrate with, so we can verify if a threat is legitimate.""The dashboard gives me an overview of all the things happening in the product, making it one of the tool's best features.""Cloud Native Security offers attack path analysis.""PingSafe's graph explorer is a valuable tool that lets us visualize all connected services.""The mean time to detect has been reduced.""Cloud Native Security is user-friendly. Everything in the Cloud Native Security tool is straightforward, including detections, integration, reporting, etc. They are constantly improving their UI by adding plugins and other features.""Atlas security graph is pretty cool. It maps out relationships between components on AWS, like load balancers and servers. This helps visualize potential attack paths and even suggests attack paths a malicious actor might take."

"The perfect package for all security platforms, providing more than any other endpoint solution.""The the most valuable feature is the scanning engine. It does not impact server performance. It's very lightweight.""Detection response and cloud conformity are valuable features.""The storage and computing features are valuable.""The product helps us understand our environment better.""Trend Vision One - Cloud Security's best features are security analysis, remote access security, and driver security.""The security is good.""The most valuable part of Trend Vision One - Cloud Security is its dashboard, as it's simple. It's easy to manage, and you can better control the solution."

Cons
"We'd like to have better notifications. We'd like them to happen faster.""It does not bring much threat intel from the outside world. All it does is scan. If it can also correlate things, it will be better.""I used to work on AWS. At times, I would generate a normal bug in my system, and then I would check PingSafe. The alert used to come after about three and a half hours. It used to take that long to generate the alert about the vulnerability in my system. If a hacker attacks a system and PingSafe takes three to four hours to generate an alert, it will not be beneficial for the company. It would be helpful if we get the alert in five to ten minutes.""They can work on policies based on different compliance standards.""In terms of ease of use, initially, it is a bit confusing to navigate around, but once you get used to it, it becomes easier.""We've found a lot of false positives.""Sometimes the Storyline ID is a bit wacky.""One of the issues with the product stems from the fact that it clubs different resources under one ticket."

More SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security Cons →

"The dashboard should be a bit more intuitive.""Trend Vision One - Cloud Security could improve connections with different types of authentication and user groups concerning cloud services.""Trend Vision One - Cloud Security should address threats automatically without having user input.""The initial setup is easy for someone who operates container platforms on a daily basis. However, it could be difficult for those coming purely from informational security or another field of an IT.""Trend Vision One - Cloud Security seems to have a preference for AWS Cloud over Azure and would be improved by focusing equally on both.""Documentation on cloud architecture and job architecture would be helpful.""The product could use a little bit of automation.""The licensing model could be improved. To gain full coverage, you need to spend more to buy subscriptions for each kind of service they offer. It will start to be pricey if you want full coverage."
