Cons
"The area where we would like to see improvement is in the asset management module.""There are a few items that I would like changed or extra features that could be added to our current version of this software, but those are all going to be addressed in a future software update.""The solution is cumbersome to use.""Their self-service is not user friendly.""The product’s current version could be easier and straightforward to work with small IT organizations, similar to the older version.""Track-It! works great for a mid-size company, but anything over 700 employees, and trying to use Track-It! for any other areas of the business is difficult."

More BMC Track-It! Cons →

"The assets that can be discovered are pretty easy to manage, but there should be a better way to manage non-discoverable assets. Our development team works on bots and tests particular hardware. They have got different varieties of hardware. They want a feature for managing these assets within a warehouse kind of environment. For example, our IT has received 100 items, and they have assigned these items as a bulk unit to a project manager. The project manager further wants to distribute these items within his or her team. Instead of maintaining a separate Excel sheet, the project manager should be able to reallocate these items from within the tool so that we have hierarchical entities for the same unit.""The asset management tool is costly.""The engineering area needs improvement."
