SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor could benefit from improvements in stability, flexibility, ease of use, performance, integration, pricing, reporting feature, and code-level monitoring.

However, there have been occasional instances of slow or unresponsive support, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. SolarWinds is the opposite. It's easy to deploy, but upgrades take forever. To date, nobody can complete it on time, so the production environment is sitting idle."
"PerfStack can be made more effective. I am sure SolarWinds already has a plan for the same in coming versions."
