We performed a comparison between Dropbox and Google Workspace based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out in this report how the two Cloud Storage solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."I don't need to carry my laptop while traveling. I just synchronize whatever I've been doing to Dropbox. After the document is synchronized, I can leave my laptop and use Dropbox wherever I am. I can also easily share a document with my colleagues, no matter how big it is. I can allow them to edit, and the editing will be instant. I can see whatever changes they've made to the document. It doesn't delete a document automatically. If I make a mistake and delete a file, it doesn't automatically delete the file. It gives you the warning to say you're deleting a file. In terms of security, I haven't had any challenges with Dropbox where they tell you that your data is compromised."

"Being able to back up our data on Google Drive is a critical and valuable feature for our customers. It is just in sync. Imagine you change a file on the desktop, and it gets updated directly to your Google Drive. Our laptop is completely in sync with Google Drive. Google Meet, Google Sheets, and Google Docs are also amazing products. They're very versatile and easy to use as compared to Office 365. I am using Google Sheets and Google Docs, which first save the work on my memory or ROM, and then on my RAM. It gives me better productivity through Google Sheets and Google Docs."
"The user interface is fantastic. It's also available for the individual person, so that's also a great thing about it."
"I like the capabilities for collaboration on any platform. For example, I might be on an iPad whereas the person next to me is on a laptop and the person next to them is on their phone. We can all collaborate together and update documentation in real-time."
"I use Keep to assign tasks to a team of programmers, which is very easy."
"The most valuable features are the speed at which G Suite Enterprise works."
"Good search features, reliable storage, and quick thinking."

"Dropbox could make the installation and the log of what has changed in a file easier. Showing logs could be more accessible."
"It would be good if they could market themselves as a safe solution for corporates. Currently, most corporates don't see it as a safe area to share within."
"The solution could improve by being more secure and having more storage."
"The interface could have bigger buttons."
"For us, storage is an issue. The free version is too small in terms of the amount of storage on offer."
"There is a potential improvement regarding storage capacity and offering more than its current four gigabytes."
"Considering the solution's shortcomings, I want the product to be more user-friendly and offer more storage capacity."
"For Google Docs, if you upload a Word document up to Google Docs, it could mess up your formatting quite a bit."
"There are times the plugins or extensions in the solution do not work properly and I need to disable and enable the solution."
"Expensive with a complicated licensing structure."
"Google Meet can have a bit more functionality. It should show the views of more people. Right now, it shows just eight at a maximum, or six. When there are more people on the call, more than eight, everyone is not showing."
"With Microsoft, you can use it on the web version, and you can use Microsoft Outlook. Google has the web version."
"Sometimes, I would like to be able to use the solution offline, and I can't do so. It would be ideal if there was some sort of offline mode available."
"I believe that Sheets could have a more functional and user-friendly interface. Google Sheets currently lacks macros and cross file links which can be found in Excel."
"I don't recommend Google Workspace to others. It's expensive. Also, Google doesn't have enough oversight on their partners, so you will face some difficulties dealing with them instead of directly with Google."
