Find out in this report how the two Content Collaboration Platforms solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."It is very easy to use. Everything is available on the cloud, which is what I like the most. So, when we require a document, we can download it at any time and in any of the formats."
"The integration with Gmail, Calendar, and Google Meet is the most valuable."
"The solution is very easy to scale."
"I'm satisfied with the basic function. it's convenient to share documents or download shared documents you need."
"The ability to simultaneously edit files is really useful."
"For me, the most important feature is the option to save the documents and then access it from anywhere from a mobile or a desktop, or any other device."
"Simplicity while competently serving the needs of secure document storage and sharing is part of the beauty of the product."
"The solution secures the data well."
"Microsoft 365 Business is useful. It's very useful because, for example, if I can't find my phone, I can just log in and find it at home."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"The most useful thing about it is Microsoft OneDrive. It helps me back up everything on my laptop. If I lose my laptop, I can confidently buy a new one and get back my previous work files. I like the Microsoft Office package, Microsoft Word, presentation, and Excel. I like that it is very easy to use, especially for a Mac user. They have a very big community, and whenever I get stuck or have questions, I just ask Google, and then I get the answer immediately."
"I consider the installation to have been very easy."
"In terms of user experience, it is very easy to use and flexible. It is more interactive as compared to the other tools that we have. Its features are more useful than other software solutions."
"The initial setup is very easy."
"I like the ease of use."
"Offers a great load utilization tool."
"I also use Word from Microsoft Office. Sometimes it's difficult to find some features that are available in Office and not available in Google Docs or are in a different place (if you are more used to Word). We sometimes lose time trying to find certain useability features."
"Security-wise, Google Drive Enterprise needs improvement. Compared to its competitor: Kiteworks, Google Drive Enterprise is less secure."
"There are a few kinks to work out at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple and extremely useful."
"The conversion of Microsoft Office documents into Google documents could be improved."
"The price could be better. Google should rethink and realign its pricing strategy along with the storage prices because storage prices are going down for on-premise solutions. If they can reduce the cost or increase the storage capacity for that same tier, that would be a great advantage."
"I have sometimes observed that when the data is very huge or there are so many rules, Google Sheets documents get stuck while uploading. It keeps on loading the document and gives an error. There should be an improvement in this aspect. It should be quick. Currently, we have to wait for a long time."
"It's become difficult to fit everything in one window."
"Google Drive Enterprise can improve by suggesting to me I have duplicate files or some kind of duplicate feature. If it can give that kind of advice, it would be a great feature on a drive storage capability. There has to be some kind of machine learning to analyze individual data and provide recommendations."
"However, people might think it's unstable if it hasn't been set up correctly. If the IT team hasn't configured it right, then you'll have a hard time using the product itself."
"Microsoft 365 could be less expensive."
"More integration with Cortana would be helpful."
"Most Microsoft applications are not the most user-friendly."
"The integration is good but could be better."
"The solution's licensing framework needs improvement."
"In Teams, it is a little tricky to set up a guest or to become a guest on someone's domain, but if people do that, then you have an improvement in the shared access. The real pain, which is not a big thing, in Teams is if you're a small business user, it is really hard to get somebody on a different domain into your list of contacts. You can't just chat with them or start an instant meeting. That is easier to do with Zoom, which I also use. The real issue in Teams is that if you're not on the same domain, a lot of the good functionality falls apart. You have to actually be a guest in the other person's domain. I have a large customer, and they created a guest account for me in their domain so that I can chat with people inside their organization as though I was inside their organization, but not everybody is willing to do that. Some of my customers are Aerospace and Defense, and nobody gets on their domain."
"Teams is, in some respects, lagging behind Skype for Business in some telephone-related features"
