Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It is a tried and tested ERP system which if used correctly, is definitely a very good program for managing all aspects of a business from customer sales, and receivables management, to payable management and finance reporting. So, it's super critical for any mid-sized company.""The most valuable feature is financial control. The accounting aspect allows us to manage our clients and payments.""The fixed assets, payroll, the data module, and user-friendliness are most valuable.""The most valuable feature is the ability to easily update and maintain accurate data across all aspects of our operations.""The system is easy to customize and has user-friendly access. ""The solution is easy to use.""We have gained the capability to control and address various issues within the financial module effectively.""The stability was reliable."

Cons
"It requires a lot of expertise to implement.""What could be improved is the functionality of Dynamics GP because it requires a lot of development by the programmers and the company in order to integrate into a solution.""With payroll, the payroll that they have offers US or Canadian tax. However, here, our tax payments are different from the US and Canada. It is very difficult to put in our tax tables. We need some customization. It should be readily available for any country to use according to their tax implications. The system should know different types of tax regimes around the world so that it can accommodate. It's a little bit rigid on that.""As technology changes, I would say probably in the area of chart up account needs improvement because chart up account is a string. So if they make it more flexible.""The purchase order and processing aspects of the solution should be improved.""The issue we're encountering is that it's primarily designed for independent installations and not initially structured as a cloud-based solution, which has led to challenges with connectivity.""Many of our customers are migrating to the cloud rather than staying on-premises.""The biggest problem with GP is that it's not cloud based and it doesn't lend itself to subscription licensing. But Microsoft wants everything in the cloud and licensed on a subscription basis.Even tThough GP can be deployed on a cloud server, but basically, it's a Windows based product. It uses the older model and companies purchase the program and pay a 16-18 sixteen- eighteen percent annual renewal fee but Microsoft wants everybody to pay monthly or annual renewal fees on a subscription basis."

"I believe there's room for improvement in terms of user experience.""SAP ERP needs to be more innovative when it comes to areas like mobility and the internet.""There will always be something within our business that it won't fit.""There are a lot of manual tasks that are used by a lot of people, so it is a very good candidate for RPA.""It is on the expensive side.""It's difficult to code; structured language is difficult.""I would like to see the customization of the reports become easier to work with instead of having technical support have to assist us.""The user interface isn't as nice as SAP HANA's."
