"I like how it integrates with the Orchestrator and everything works together. There are so many different use cases that we can easily connect through APIs, databases, and user interfaces to automate all kinds of applications.""The UiPath Apps feature has helped to reduce the workload for our IT department by enabling end-users to create apps. "In the next release, I would like to see more integration.""Its licensing can be improved to accommodate small companies. They provide a certain number of licenses in a set or batch, and you have to buy the set. For example, if they have 20 licenses in a set, you have to get the whole set, even if you need just three licenses, which could be a barrier for small companies. There is no option to buy fewer licenses. So, small companies have to go for a smaller CRM, such as HubSpot.""There could be an option to change the price list without creating a new quote.""I don't like the way parent-child relationships work in transactions between records in Salesforce Sales Cloud. NetSuite is a little bit more user-friendly in that sense. Salesforce Sales Cloud requires that you build everything from scratch. I don't like that. It leaves a lot of thinking and solutions to the consultants and the process is more prone to errors.""One aspect I find challenging with Salesforce Sales Cloud is its forecasting feature. While it's useful for analyzing sales data and predicting future revenue, I've encountered instances where the outcomes weren't as perfect as expected.""The reporting formats could be better.""As a presale team leader, I see a need to better understand the platform because our current knowledge is limited. This makes it difficult to explore possible extensions of its use. We also want more detailed information on commercial opportunities included in the tool. So rather than say they're just ERP agnostic, you would pick whichever ERP you want, which is very generic. "We would like the RPA app that we developed to fall back to one of our APIs and Visual Studio and have that take off.""It is sometimes difficult to work with the exceptions, which can cause us a delay.""There should be a click-event-update activity present in the UI Studio where we can click a link and the result should act as a button.""There can be technical issues, but it's rarely about a server quitting.
