We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"One of the features I like is that when drawing any task, when putting a task on the process model canvas, I can simply click on it and see the other task icons for that task. It's just one quick, simple, straightforward connectivity from task to task.""The product enables the users to automate the processes and provides a good user experience.""In Bizagi, all of the features are valuable.""The most valuable feature is that it is compatible with Visual Studio and .NET, and we can program it. Its speed is very good, and it is also stable and easy to deploy.""Bizagi is a very useful tool because it does not require you to program. The user logic is very easy to understand even for people who are not engineers or developers.""It is easy to use and easy to learn. It is also fully compatible with BPMN virtual tool. Bizagi is very fast in responding to and fixing the issues.""The user logic is very easy to understand, even for people who are not engineers nor developers.""Bizagi is simple. It's simple to learn."

"The product is super fast at getting things done.""Valuable features include the ability to connect to disparate data sources, the workflow engine, and the speed and agility in building apps.""Vinyl has been a game changer in how we can now quickly deploy key features and new products.""It's customizable to whatever you see might use it for... It's very user-friendly, and the front-end is exactly what we need to see, very simple. It can get more complicated too, if those are the needs.""VINYL works across different data sources. It is very useful to be able to map the data across different data sources and different environments. It is also very easy to develop small applications within a short span of time.""With the Lite Integration, I didn't to have to disrupt my entire organization to do something. We haven't had to disrupt IT and the business organizations to keep them up and running.""You do not need to be a programmer to use it or build something in it.""Zudy has increased development speed. What would take us months to be able to complete, we're getting done in a matter of weeks. I have a number of projects that we were working on that I thought that we'd [only] be able to get completed by next year. We've already completed them and we're still in the year 2020."

Cons
"When you start working with information modeling, et cetera, here is no really good solution for the data modeling and information modeling.""There could be more documentation.""Can be difficult for new users.""The open source version lacks the option to publish.""Difficult to export in formats other than PDF.""Agriculture, Industry.""Enhancing data generation methods for easier printing and refining the file attachment and user interface to optimize usability.""We have migrated to the cloud, but there are a lot of issues while integrating with the cloud. There are a lot of things to improve with the cloud and reporting. We were previously working with on-premise solutions, and we had access to a lot of things, but with the cloud, they changed a lot of functionalities. Some of the things we know, but with some of the things, we are having difficulties."

More Bizagi Cons →

"One of the troubles we have sometimes is the amount of data we're processing within the applications. That can really add a lot of "laggy-ness." That's an ongoing struggle we're going to have while we use it. It doesn't happen for all our applications, only some of them that are heavy on the reporting.""Having been a customer of theirs for a long time, I think the UI needed improvements early on. But, they have done a remarkable job catching up in that regard.""I would love to have the home screen a little more customizable because, as we're building more and more reports, it would be nice to have more options in how they're organized on the screen.""Once or twice, when a new version of VINYL comes out, it has had a negative impact on a feature. However, we do everything in a test environment. Unless we miss something in test, we don't go live with it if it isn't perfect. Zudy hasn't had too many stumbles along the way, but there have been a couple times, and it's been minor.""The interface has had a lot of changes to it. It is better than it was before. However, with the subqueries in particular, this has been the most difficult part of the interface.""I sometimes find formatting tricky to get the front end of an app the way I want it.""The ease of use for individuals to self-serve could be improved. The solution is no-code, but there is still a decent learning curve associated with the product and some app design principles necessary before people can self-serve.""I would like them to build out more tools for communication, particularly the ability to do a multinode panel via email."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Pricing is good value for money."
  • "For the prices, we didn't try a negotiations about licensing or pricing, but if i can say a word about this, I find Bizagi prices to be well thought out."
  • "The modeler itself is free. For the whole BPM suite, there are other options that may be better."
  • "It is on par with other BPM tools, but not as expensive as Pega nor Appian."
  • "If they can freeze the pricing in a contract, I advise them to do so."
  • "I think that its price is reasonable."
  • "This solution would be expensive for a company that has a lot of users."
  • "The Bizagi modeler can be downloaded free of charge."
  • More Bizagi Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "It is affordable."
  • "You always look for the underlying cost, there's always underlying costs but the value is fine. I don't think it should cost any more. You pay for the software but you're also paying for their employees, when they work onsite for you."
  • "Pricing is less than the cost of a consultant and the value you receive is much greater."
  • "Pricing was actually one of the things that drew us to the product initially... the way it was licensed at the time, I got a flat monthly fee from Zudy for the Vinyl product, which allowed me to basically have unlimited use of it... We have an annual license, we pay monthly. It's very competitive and very worthwhile given the return we get out of it."
  • "The key thing here is that the pricing is just one price. We can do as much or as little with the product as we want to which is very attractive. I don't have to worry about if I build a new app, I have to pay more. Or, if I put 20 more people logging into the app, I don't have to pay any extra for that either."
  • "I feel the product’s pricing is a good value. The licensing model is very straightforward. You license the platform and you can build however many solutions you want with it."
  • "We have seen a 30 percent decrease in time for some of our workflows."
  • "Pricing and licensing are expensive."
