"The main strength of Ubiquiti Wireless is the ease of use it provides to users."
"What I found most valuable in Ubiquiti Wireless is that it's priced competitively, compared to other brands available in the market. From a price competitiveness standpoint, it's a product I would recommend. I also find Ubiquiti Wireless quite reliable, at least for me using it as a home access point, it seems to serve its purpose. I also like that with Ubiquiti Wireless, you can build a very modular network, so you could change out your router to use a Ubiquiti router if you want to. The solution also has gateway equipment and all, so I like the modular concept of Ubiquiti Wireless. Another feature I find valuable in the solution is monitoring. It is pretty good. For example, as a home user, I have the unified app on my computer, so I'm able to watch how my APs are performing."
"Their hardware is very good."
"I like the fact that you can set it up like a wireless connection. Previously, we used to connect from one SSID to another. When we started using Ubiquiti, everyone was so happy because even if they moved from one place or another, say from the pantry to a meeting room, they didn't need to connect manually to another SSID. This is one of the features that I really like about it. It is doing a great job. It offers a free controller that you can use to see if the devices are connected or not and if they are up or down."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is that it is a simple and useful tool that offers good performance."
"I like the price, quality, and consistency of manufacturing."
"I have found the most valuable features to be the ability to use the main centralized administration process and the internet."
"The firewall integration is not great."
"The reporting feature needs improvement, especially adding information with regards to availability uptime."
"The support of the product is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"The integration support technology should be improved."
"The solution could be more stable."
"The solution could lower its pricing to make it more affordable."
"The technical scalability is easy, but the license scalability is quite tricky."
"The cloud interoperability needs improvement."
"Better third-party integration would be helpful because often, Ubiquity is a product that customers choose after they already have something else from another vendor like HPE."
"The technical support is less than stellar."
"The range and maybe the quality of the signal can be improved. I had a feeling that the range wasn't long enough. Unfortunately, beyond a certain range, the signal was too weak. If I'm not mistaken, it must have been something like 100 or more than 100 meters, but I'm not sure. So, one improvement I wish for this equipment is to have a longer range, but that could mainly be due to the model we're using."
"Its stability could be better."
"Sometimes we have some micro breaks we do not know what causes them."
"The solution needs to improve its features and offer more to the customer."
"Everything needs to be professionally done."
"The mesh configuration and WiFi 6 coverage should be improved."
