Find out what your peers are saying about Microsoft, Oracle, OutSystems and others in Rapid Application Development Software."It is low-code. We are able to go in and create apps quickly. It is very helpful for the size of our company. We're a mid-size company, and at this moment, we don't need anything externally. We don't have to go out and consult a consulting firm to build something from the ground up. So, the ease of that and being able to get development quickly up and running has been good for us."
"This solution has provided for Rapid deployment of data collection tools, replacing spreadsheets with near real-time data."
"The need for little to no code knowledge has been huge."
"The product is easy to use."
"The reporting tool: It helps in data analytics to provide the solution more efficiency."

"The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are code hub management and sale opportunity management."
"This product is lightweight."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud is very reliable and provides good stability and security."
"The ability to work on it from anywhere is most valuable. All you need is a computer, a browser, and an internet connection to access your instance. It can be accessed from anywhere, which is pretty cool and user-friendly."
"You can adapt Salesforce for all customer needs."
"I would rate Salesforce Sales Cloud's scalability as very good. We have scaled from 30 to 150 within three years without a glitch."
"I've found lead management to be the most valuable feature of Salesforce Sales Cloud. It helps capture, track, and manage leads throughout the sales process. The tool is easy to learn."

"This rule: The Maximum is 60 rules. We need to provide more in order to improve."
"I would like the product to add more working processes."
"The improved developer interface in some areas can be difficult to use for complex items."
"The mobile app has improved, but it still needs work."
"It would be beneficial for the QuickBase team to focus on improving the integration of cloud-based storage platforms within their product. In use cases like ours, where QuickBase serves as a centralized source of truth for construction projects, having seamless integration with platforms like Dropbox or OneDrive would greatly enhance the product's capabilities."
"Whenever we do onboarding, or we get new employees, there tends to be a delay of not just a week but a couple of weeks, and sometimes even a few weeks of being able to see certain new employees in the system."
"The dashboard is not organized."
"I would like to see the reporting enhanced because some of them are not easy to generate."
"The user interface could be more intuitive. I had some challenges with how to convert from a lead to an opportunity."
"Sales Cloud could be improved with more training. In general, the training is very good, but you have to really seek out some good options in order to upskill yourself. Another thing, which could also be a benefit, is that Sales is very customizable. If you move from one organization to another, you can see your Salesforce as before, but their Sales Cloud may look completely different from what you're used to. It's not like Microsoft Excel or Trello, where the layout and all the functions are the same. Because it's so customizable, I feel like there is a bit of a learning curve when you inherit another Sales Cloud instance. To be honest, I think that's the beauty of Salesforce because you can customize it so much to fit your needs as a company. It follows your processes and use cases in order for you to get the most out of the system itself."
"The solution is secure. However, they could always improve on security."
"Compared to other CRM solutions, Salesforce is expensive. It is more affordable for enterprise users than for small businesses."
"One aspect I find challenging with Salesforce Sales Cloud is its forecasting feature. While it's useful for analyzing sales data and predicting future revenue, I've encountered instances where the outcomes weren't as perfect as expected."
"When integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with other applications it can be difficult to maintain security."
"The scalability could improve by a small amount."
"The cost of this solution could be improved."
