Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The Cloud Console for monitoring and troubleshooting data operations.""We only use small parts of the solution, however, the parts that we use are quite adequate.""It runs like an appliance and has tremendous throughput.""It is very easy to build integrations and processes to pull and push data.""It is a scalable solution.""The fluid user interface (probably the most user friendly interface, when compared to its competitors).""Jitterbit handles the most lines of data in a .csv and loads the quickest of any data loader I have tried.""Easy integration with Salesforce"

"We can write external features and transfer the data using JPIMs securely which has been most valuable.""The solution is very easy for new users because it includes very good documentation and transparency.""The product’s most valuable feature is integration.""Easy to use and is able to integrate with other Azure-based environments.""The solution's best feature is that it is compatible with the cloud and has many connectors and third-party adapters.""I like the ability within Logic Apps to design the workbooks through the portal with minimal code.""The solution's most valuable feature is the no-code/low-code feature.""The product has efficient connectors."

Cons
"Sometimes additional connectors are needed.""There were some bugs in the product. For example if you run a delete query and test, it deletes the actual data.""The initial setup can be a little bit difficult.""Its API management capabilities need improvement.""In the past few months, there have been some server downtimes during work hours that have affected some critical scheduled integrations.""I know with Salesforce updating the UI like they did, it slowed it down a lot.""I would like the ability to offer a dedicated cloud version for security.""You need to have some development skills or hire a Jitterbit engineer to make changes."

"There could be more AI features included in the product.""A room for improvement in Microsoft Azure Logic Apps is that it's expensive. Every step is going to cost you money, so if someone is not doing the steps carefully, at the end of the day, it will cost a lot of money. Each time you execute a step, the cost will depend on how much you use Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, and how many workflow steps you have. Each time a step needs to be executed, there'll be a cost added to your bill. If the developer isn't careful with how he uses the solution, this can blow up the cost. What I'd like to see in the next release of Microsoft Azure Logic Apps is for the cost and security to be better.""I find the current interface useful, but I could see how others would want the UI bits that are used for creating Logic Apps to be simplified.""We wanted to use Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, but we faced a timeout.""Not all connectors are readily available, though. There are two types: managed connectors and app connectors. Some connectors require you to provide a username and password to connect to platforms like SharePoint or Salesforce. Due to security constraints, some users may prefer not to use these connectors. Instead, they might opt for the HTTP connector.""It would be helpful if the vendor could provide more data connectors.""The main issue is performance, especially when dealing with large amounts of data. Performance-wise, that's the only thing Microsoft should focus on.""The product needs improvement in getting direct access to the code and versioning."

  • "The cost of the solution could be cheaper."
  • "If we are comparing to other public cloud vendors, such as Amazon or Google Cloud platform, I wouldn't say that it's expensive. However, when we're comparing between a host such as GoDaddy or Digital Ocean, then it's a bit on the expensive side."
  • "It's very cheap, but it comes with pluses and minuses. The positive thing is that it's very cheap, but on the other hand, it's extremely hard to tell how much it will cost. At the start of the project, it's almost impossible to tell how many times you will be calling some kind of Logic App function. You cannot state how much of the internet transfer you will use or how much data your will use."
  • "The price of Microsoft Azure Logic Apps is inexpensive."
  • "Microsoft Azure Logic Apps could be costly if a user isn't careful. The costs associated with the solution could still be improved."
  • "The product is not cheap. I would rate the product's pricing a five out of ten."
  • "The pricing is not expensive."
  • "The pricing is okay. It's not highly priced. It's in the medium range."
