Pros
"I am impressed with the tool's production support."

More PGi GlobalMeet Pros →

"We can easily connect the device and create a room and then we can call many devices.""Webex offers a wide range of useful features.""The most valuable option is screen sharing.""The ability to join by phone is the most valuable feature. I also think that it's much simpler to use and it's a Cisco product so I think it's the industry standard.""I am completely satisfied with the tech support.""I have found a lot of virtual meeting solutions seem the same. Some might work a little bit better, it is difficult to pinpoint a particular functionality that's widely different, they all have screen sharing and video in-voice.""The solution could improve by having more dashboards and enhancing the processing speed.""The video conferencing quality is better than that of other solutions."

Cons
"The tool is slow in updating changes. It also has a poor dashboard operating system."

More PGi GlobalMeet Cons →

"They should work to make it simpler.""Webex's Bluetooth functionality could be better. For example, I use Webex on my Android mobile phone and connect with Bluetooth. It connects, but I cannot speak through the Bluetooth microphone and earphones with Webex. It's always disabled. I don't know why.""I would like for them to include a collaboration tool so that you can directly do a video call or audio call to your colleagues or anyone in the office.""The UX should be more user-friendly. I know others don't like the UX because it's a little complicated to use.""The product's user interface is an area with shortcomings, making it an area where improvements are required.""It should be more integrated with third-party vendors.""The solution’s pricing could be improved.""I was in a meeting on the free version where there were no controls. You couldn't mute somebody or put it in dedicated speaker mode. It was an important meeting, and because of the lack of an ability to control who the speakers were, we got a version of a heckler. Well, it wasn't really a heckler per se. It was just somebody who thinks they know everything."
