Pros
"It provides essential features such as continuous monitoring of all interfaces are crucial for our needs.""The solution's technical support is good.""The standard adapter with EBA abilities is the most valuable feature. It has good process integration.""The initial setup is easy...The solution gets automatically connected. The deployment takes six months. I rate its setup phase a ten out of ten.""The product has good technical support but you usually will not need it because it is quite stable.""Process Orchestration fulfils the need for middleware to mediate types of connectivity.""The main benefit is that the solution is low maintenance. Moreover, it's the license cost is very low because it's part of the package. The maintenance is standard maintenance. And the updates are regular. So there's a regular update and you can choose whether you want to do those updates or not.""The solution is stable."

"The most valuable features of TIBCO Spotfire are visualization. It's very nice, clear, and, flexible. You can analyze many data types and the user interface is very good.""The most valuable feature is the map visuals that help us connect to the geo-specialized data which is more advanced than other solutions.""The solution is an affordable one.""The ability to create a real-time data mark, using just one piece of software, is the best feature of this product.""Spotfire is excellent for scientific applications, especially because of its integration with RNG.""The product's initial setup phase was simple.""The out-of-the-box features are simple and easy to use across the board.""It allows users to quickly analyze data from a variety of sources and visualize it with powerful, interactive graphs, and charts."

Cons
"This is an on-premise platform and one area they can improve on is having the ability to work with SaaS solutions.""It is scalable, but there can be performance issues with high data volume or traffic, especially during month ends.""I think the main area that SAP PO should improve on is offering pre-delivered content like they do when you use SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). SAP should not forget that they still have a lot of customers using Process Orchestration and they should focus more on providing pre-delivered content in SAP PO.""The solution could improve by making it more user-friendly by limiting the code required. We have to add some code in some cases where we need complex logic or some other functions. If this was able to be done in a more simplified manner then it would save a lot of effort and time.""It is not a scalable solution for the cloud. I would not recommend this for the cloud.""The cloud capability features need improvement.""Data modeling is an area of concern in the product where improvements are required.""The product roadmap suggests it will approach the end of support in several years, and a lot of innovations are now implemented by SAP not in SAP PO, but in SAP Integration Suite, hence, the platform is stable, but doesn't receive a lot of new features in recent updates."

"We would like to see some development in the visualization aspect of this solution, as they can currently only be configured in the cloud, which limits us to one endpoint. It would be helpful if this could be integrated with other tools.""We encountered difficulties connecting the special data sets, as the post data set did not contain any shared columns, making it difficult to establish a connection between the data sets.""Print capability and trigger-based events.""The initial setup is complicated and needs experience and knowledge.""We would like to see some improvement in the default properties of the solution, so that there is less need for us to spend our time coding.""One aspect where Spotfire could improve is its global recognition, especially in terms of support.""The design of the UI could be improved.""I would like to see the visualization library in this solution expanded, so that I can increase what I can offer to our clients."

    Overview
SAP NetWeaver Process Integration facilitates the integration of business processes that span different departments, organizations, or companies. SAP PI is based on general standards so as to enable 3rd-party systems to be integrated. At the center of SAP PI is an XML-based communication that uses HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol). Irrespective of the scenario used, the application-specific contents are transferred in messages in user-defined XML eXtensible Markup Language) from the sender to the receiver either via the Integration Server, or directly between the systems involved. SAP PI can be installed in different ways: Dual usage type installation: Based on both AS ABAP and AS Java. and Advanced Adapter Engine Extended (AEX): Based on AS Java only.
