"I have found the most valuable feature to be the configuration and ease of use."
"The solution is really easy and straightforward to use."
"First, I like that this solution is fast. Second, I like the stability and flexibility."
"The solution is very user-friendly."
"As a manager, I find Veeam One's reporting service to be very helpful."
"Veeam ONE is the best and the most mature solution for hypervisors and physical machines."
"The feature that we have found most valuable is its traffic plan. The traffic plan is very good."
"The product's initial setup phase was straightforward."
"It is a cloud-friendly application."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to get a view of our entire environment in a single pane of glass. We're a very large company, so going from one interface to another to troubleshoot an issue, or even just to get capacity information, is time-consuming and not efficient. Being able to go to one place and get that information is very helpful."
"It gives us deep insight into the entire VDI environment, where we have of over 18,000 VDIs. It helps us keep up on uptime, gives us real-time monitoring, tracking, and troubleshooting."
"It gives us a better look into performance, a better look into right-sizing, a better look at possible issues or, more so, trends."
"VMware provides good support. We are a GSS customer which means that we have global support with a dedicated engineer from VMware's side so we have no issues with support."
"It has enhanced our ability to troubleshoot and effectively manage our solutions to understand what clusters are having issues and diagnose those programs right away, so we can be proactive."
"It's very easy to use and very stable. Scaling up for future use will be no issue with this solution."
"The newer version is a lot easier to use than the older version. It's one of the easiest ways to obtain some insight into vCenter."
"It's not that easy to use from the management side."
"Veeam ONE should improve its UI."
"Veeam One has its ransomware monitoring, but it's based on static parameters."
"For our company's usage, the price of the product is considered to be one of the major drawbacks because we have a lot of infrastructure, and its services don't fit well with our needs."
"I think Veeam ONE should be included in the base product instead of as an add-on because customers tend to look for simple solutions that are integrated."
"Perhaps the interface could be improved, though it has always been fine for me."
"When you have to renew the licenses you sometimes have some trouble getting rid of the old one and reassigning it to the new one. That's an aspect that could run smoother and could be better."
"In future releases, I would like to see more automation capabilities. It could integrate with automation services to automatically resolve identified issues rather than simply providing instructions to the user."
"vRLI still needs a lot of improvement to even start comparing with the market leader, Splunk, in terms of data analysis and customized charts/reports generation."
"In terms of user-friendliness, there are a lot of areas that take a lot of time to research and figure out what the information is actually telling me, so that I know how to better use the product and troubleshoot issues that I see. It would be nice if they could fine-tune the user-interface a little bit."
"Administration and growth can be improved."
"If I put on the hat of a client, I would say cost needs improvement. For clients with reasonable-sized infrastructure farms, you're looking at licensing at either per socket or per VM, and if you have an installation of any size, you're doing it per socket, and the per-socket licensing is a little heavy. Per VM license, if they have large numbers of VM, it is just not practical."
"I would like to see them add a little bit more functionality and the ability to create more dashboards."
"Lately, the chargeback site has improved, but it could be simpler. You need to create your own dashboards. It should be simple to get a virtual machine and break down the compute and storage costs."
"One of the most valuable features was the cluster modeling, but they took that away... They keep saying that it's going to be back in the next release and that's what we're looking for. We really want that back."
"From a personal perspective, I would like it made clearer what options are available in the suite that the customer is not using."
