We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"We use Google Sheets extensively for things like sharing plans, data, test reports, and more.""A complete integrated environment for our business. I get Google docs, Gmail, online space, and calendar where I can easily perform all documentation, storage, and communications online.""It's stable. There isn't really any downtime.""The product is user-friendly and knows how to appeal to a user. Google Docs accepts some of our requirements. Its most valuable feature is performance. The product's integrations are good.""G Suite Enterprise is scalable.""Google Workspace is an excellent tool for communicating with people, which allows users to collaborate and edit files simultaneously.""It's a secure solution that enables you to choose those you wish to share with.""Convenient to share and collaborate documents."

"They offer good support and provide a roadmap.""The pricing is excellent.""I find the HCL Domino server scalable.""HCL Domino is the best product from a security point of view.""We have been able to set up a portal using a special XPage application that gives our customers access to this system.""For workflow applications or general applications, the rapid development capability is what we value most.""We can scale it if we want to.""I like that HCL Domino is stable. It's a great product. I also like that HCL Domino is a mature product under IBM, which is why many companies use it."

Cons
"Some concerns over security, but there are moves to address this and provide admin tools to secure content and adhere to data protection regulations.""There could be more options in Google G Suite. They can include HD calling for Google Meet. The layout portion in the calendar for Google G Suite can be better designed. When we get into the calendar and start scheduling meetings, we do have few hiccups here and there. The layout can be a little easier. People from different backgrounds are finding it a little bit tough to understand. It should be more intuitive. At the moment, it has a completely white background. To do power saving, it would be good if they can release a darker background. There are a few issues with the formatting of Google Docs when they get converted to Microsoft docs. It would be amazing if they can resolve it in the next release.""The tool should improve its on-prem capabilities to include people who are working offline. The pricing is also a challenge for both the Indian and overseas markets. The tool has a cap of 300 licenses. The product's price has also increased by 10 percent. Businesses are struggling to justify the ROI. Users cannot block emails unless they have a strong firewall.""I would rate the stability a five out of ten.""I have had issues with my Google Address Book. I have an address book and it is available to everyone, but I cannot add additional users. In Microsoft Outlook, I could easily share certain contacts with other members of my team, but I cannot do so on G Suite.""Google needs to improve its support.""In some cases, we are using the Google Meet functions but only when we have external clients. Internally, we are using Slack. Google Meet virtual meeting function is not as advanced as the one in Slack and should improve.""They can maybe improve its graphical user interface. Google is not really known for having a PC interface. It is just a nice-to-have feature."

More Google Workspace Cons →

"HCL Domino could improve by having integration with other solutions, such as Microsoft 365.""An area for improvement in HCL Domino is security. New enhancements in the IT industry mean that security should be improved. The HCL Domino GUI also needs improvement.""It would be advantageous if the web server could seamlessly pick up configuration changes without the need for a complete restart.""Recently, IBM sold the product to HCL. Since Pakistan and India have some problems on a domestic level, we were actually considering replacing it with Indian products from the organization. We're just facing some regulatory issues.""When you compare with Microsoft Exchange, the UI could be more user-friendly.""For me, the one thing missing is a really good reporting engine.""Its performance and integration could be better. It has capabilities for large deployment with several servers, but in the latest interface, running with different servers isn't supported.""The product's user interface is one of its shortcomings since it is outdated, making it an area for improvement."
