Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"What I find most valuable is the flexibility, I find it very easy to use and very flexible for my purpose. I can use it without any particular problem, and it's very intuitive and easy to understand.""The initial setup is super simple.""Great software for managing my business. I think this is the best business process management software.""The natural notation is the best feature of Bizagi because it makes it compatible with other products.""Its cost is the most valuable. It is not as expensive. It is also easy to make different types of processes for the users.""The main feature of Bizagi is the speed to which we can automate processes and how we can modify them without a strong impact on the end users.""The solution's simulation capabilities are the most valuable aspects.""This is a free solution that allows us to create quality visualizations for our company."

"I have done a lot of modeling over quite a number of years, and I think that the modeling capabilities in Signavio are state of the art.""The reason we chose Signavio is it's a very robust industrial-grade business process modeling data tool, with data capture behind it, as well as a collaborative nature. A lot of it comes out of the box and requires less technology involvement. It can be run well by the business users. That's what we really like about it.""The collaboration function in the project views is valuable because people can comment on the processes and we can respond.""It is a very scalable solution.""For the collaboration functions, we use the commenting and quick model functions for process owners who don't have specific knowledge about Process Manager.""The drag-and-drop functionality in Signavio is impressive and user-friendly, allowing easy connection to other elements without the need for excessive back-and-forth.""The most valuable feature for me is the collaboration point of view, where everybody has a single view, or source of truth, and everybody sees the same thing. Everyone can comment, contribute, and discuss the processes itself, which makes it easier to funnel down the most value adding comments and make the relevant changes to the processes. This leads to the next best iteration or version of your process.""This functionality ("invite anyone for feedback") has substantially increased visibility over work-in-progress when it comes to process modelling and overall process management and it decreased the time spent on giving and receiving feedback through emails and through sharing screenshots/.ppt files/Visio files etc."

Cons
"The performance could use improvement. We couldn't connect the processes to on one file. The performance is an issue for us.""It works slowly on the cloud, sometimes.""The technical support is not fast enough and should be improved.""The product used to have a simulation feature, which I had used quite often. However, it's since been discontinued. It might have originally been a paid feature. It would be nice if they could bring it back and offer it for free.""Can be difficult for new users.""It needs some better notation functionality.""The gateway through which it connects with other vendors, specifically RPA vendors, is one aspect that could be improved.""The open source version lacks the option to publish."

More Bizagi Cons →

"Two executives cannot work on one modeling process simultaneously.""The workflow automation of the solution is an area of concern where improvements are required.""I would like to be able to link a single word within a textual description directly to the glossary.""It is not easy to learn the product.""It could be more flexible from a customization point of view, where the user is able to display only whatever he needs.""I find it difficult to figure out how I can better align this solution with my KPIs.""Its reporting feature could have customization options.""It is sometimes difficult to find the match between what is possible and what is wanted, or what is helpful with the product, so better documentation may assist in this regard."
