"I think all the features are very useful, especially the rooms features and we present with screen sharing. Instead of organizing conferences, we are able to do that online. "Using GoToMeeting in a meeting-sized conference room is kind of a letdown. The camera is supposed to track the speaker and focus on that person so that they can be on the screen. That feature rarely worked. We tested it thoroughly, so maybe it was an issue with the size of the conference room. It may not be suitable for large conference rooms."
"GoToMeeting is too slow, which is why we no longer use it."
"GoToMeeting breaks down a lot. We're not sure if it's breaking down, but we start getting very erratic community channels. I don't know if it's because of GoToMeeting or if we're not buying enough bandwidth. Maybe it is just the infrastructure that it's running on. I'm not quite sure."
"Sometimes we'll run into issues where firewall rules aren't set correctly and won't work."
"The sound quality is good but the video quality needs improvement."
"The solution could always be more secure."
"I would like to see better support for mobile devices."
"Poor error recovery, too sensitive to transmission errors. Needs better codecs and more robust system software that can handle network glitches."
"Going forward, I would like to see better call quality and reliability."
"I should be able to make a desktop phone call when I click a member of my Lync directory."
"The solution lacks to provide reporting functionality, and I would like to see the solution provide that feature."
"The initial setup could be simplified."
"We would like to better customize our instructions within the Outlook plugin/invite, but we are unable to do so."
"I feel bored with the look and feel of the tool, so it should be changed."
"The technical support from Microsoft needs to be improved."
"The ease of configuration or the lack of decent tooling to pinpoint your problems is probably its biggest issue."
