Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The technical support is outstanding.""It's nice that it's an all-in-one solution and everything is all in one place.""Cloud-based management is valuable and software deployment is positive.""Reliable without any glitches.""OneNote is the feature I use the most. We also frequently use the Power Apps features.""If you have a global solution, you can go from one product to the other very easily. And then you can share data between all the different tools of Office which is good because participation and sharing is very good. That's the most important aspect of Office 365.""The most innovative feature of Office 365 is the Power Apps, which allows us to automate literally everything that we want automated. For example, sending attachments to specific folders on SharePoint, adding people's SharePoint when certain apps are performed, or emailing certain people at certain instances, such as when you've done a follow-up with the CRM and you need a marketing email to be sent out at a particular point.""As an email provider, I believe Office 365 is the best email provider."

"The solution could improve by having more dashboards and enhancing the processing speed.""I have found the most valuable features to be the high quality of the video and the audio. Additionally, the graphical user interface is good and it is easy to use.""You can configure whatever you want in great detail.""Webex is user-friendly.""Webex's clarity is good for video and audio. I have found it better than Zoom. We can receive notifications of meetings which is helpful.""The video conferencing quality is better than that of other solutions.""The installation is not difficult.""Overall the quality of the solution is very good."

Cons
"Microsoft Defender for Office 365 could use some customization, but this area for improvement is trivial.""Sometimes the synchronization between the desktop and online is a little bit slow.""Sometimes the configurations of the error troubleshooting are pretty problematic and there are a lot of issues that happen even if you follow the step-by-step guides. They can work on fixing this issue. If there are a lot of issues in your Windows or your Office or anything, you restart your PC and it works. They need to get rid of this need.""We have had some connectivity issues.""I would like to see better integration with Teams, and better usability with SharePoint.""Microsoft Word is a little bit left behind regarding the tools it has.""The security should be improved.""It would be a fantastic opportunity if their solution could be used in combination with VoIP software, allowing you to combine VoIP software and Office 365 on a single platform."

"The performance of WebEx could be improved. If you're using it on a mobile device and on the laptop, you sometimes get glitches, where you've answered the call or joined a meeting on a laptop and your mobile device doesn't quite know what's going on. It may just be technical glitches, but it seems to be a bit shaky sometimes on mobile devices.""The product's user interface is an area with shortcomings, making it an area where improvements are required.""Nowadays, it is hard to set up meetings using Webex since it has become a complicated process.""Currently, I'm unable to find any loophole in Webex, but in terms of areas for improvement, it would be better if a user is informed about any new updates or new features added to the tool.""Everybody these days uses virtual meeting solutions because we're all remote working. It would be a benefit if there were permanent collaboration spaces for projects. For example, the way Teams has its teams folders and shared locations. Webex is missing that feature, or maybe it has it and I'm not aware of it. However, it needs a permanent sharing location for when projects can get stored and can be a collaboration space as opposed to only a meeting space.""We have had issues where some of the invited participants are not able to join the meeting.""Webex is a very demanding application, so it requires a very heavy bandwidth.""To make Webex more competitive, I would suggest lowering the price and providing some of the same features that are in Teams or Zoom."
