We have any issues with lost messages the features are useful. It is very easy to track and log.""Zimbra Collaboration's sharing features are most valuable.""We can control all the data in my IT infrastructure.""The most valuable feature is sending messages as well as text and documents. It's a big solution for us since internal communication is a must in our organization.""The product is easy to set up.""The web interface is powerful and easy to use."

"The most valuable features of Zoho Mail are its security, integration with cloud storage, and wide range of features available. It integrates well with Outlook and mobile devices.""The solution has more security compared to other products. Zoho Mail comes with TLS and SSL. It has email-sharing features. It is an advanced product.""Zoho Mail organizes your email well, and you can do a lot of things if you use other Zoho applications along with it.""Zoho Mail is a stable product.""It also offers the search functionalities. For end users, the search is quite easy to use. There are a few tabs to select to find exactly what you're looking for. It's pretty simple. As long as the data is available, you can use filters like from whom, to whom, subject, attachment, and even use advanced settings. It's pretty nice.""We can create email accounts for our customers.""Zoho gives you a set amount of free users, so you can use it until you reach the limit and see if it's something you want to adopt. I tried it and stuck with it. Since then, I've seen a lot of improvement. I already think it's top-notch, but I believe it will become one of the best in the world.""The notifications, scheduling, and meetings are all integrated."

Cons
"I would like to see a Microsoft schedule function added.""Zimbra Collaboration's video conferencing could be improved.""Zimbra must improve its solution to make it easy so that the users don't have to use webmail to connect to their accounts and log in to webmail every time. This is something that is lacking in Zimbra Collaboration. They should provide a better way to easily connect email applications on the desktop to the Zimbra server. They should also try to have more functionality for storage management, like Microsoft Exchange. Currently, the management of the email data must be done manually in Zimbra Collaboration, which we are finding very difficult. They should provide a way to save emails so that you can have more space on the server and storage. Because of the lack of this functionality, we are planning to migrate to Microsoft Exchange. Microsoft Exchange provides a better way to manage storage than Zimbra Collaboration. You cannot have a mail solution without storage management because emails will always increase. Zimbra Collaboration also needs tools for management. More back-office tools are required to manage the whole mailbox and space. You don't only manage emails but also the documents attached to the emails. Therefore, you require tools to select and decide what do you want to save or how do you want to free up space in your infrastructure.""The tool should improve its multi-cloud feature.""Zimbra Collaboration does not have a solution roadmap as aggressive as the new collaboration mail solutions. Additionally, they can have a better interface and integration with single sign-on.""It does have a few bugs.""There are some security issues.""The solution could improve by making it easier to use."

More Zimbra Collaboration Cons →

"The initial setup of Zoho Mail can take some time because we have 30 to 35 users and we need to register each one. This can take one or two days to complete. The process could be better for administrators to register their users. If the setup interface was better in explaining the process it would be helpful to become more user-friendly.""Zoho Mail needs to add an IT system management feature.""Zoho Mail needs to improve its integration because direct integration is not possible with many applications.""The solution doesn't need to be improved.""The solution’s stability could be improved.""We face some challenges in our current architecture with the introduction of data privacy regulations. When you are sending a calendar invite to a group of people for a meeting or an event, there is no structure for privacy. You can't hide all the contacts. Maybe that feature exists, but I don't know where it is.""The interface isn't quite good. Everything looks a little low-quality."
