Pros
"The ability to share a screen during a meeting is one of the most valuable features. You can also be directly connected on the computer and on the phone with the same account. It is flexible.""Stable communication tool with a good history feature and very easy installation.""The initial setup process is straightforward.""Google Meet is a clear and simple solution.""The solution is stable.""This is a stable solution.""Communication platform that's effective in project planning, project status communication, and virtual meetings. Setting it up is straightforward.""I find it valuable that Google Hangouts is a lightweight tool that doesn't take up a lot of memory and doesn't require a lot of resources."

"Zoom has facilitated our remote and hybrid meetings, particularly in the context of our agile processes such as scrum. In the past, estimating story points required physical presence in a room, where we would use visual cues or hand gestures. We can create polls with Zoom and share them with team members for direct input. The recording feature is also good. Additionally, features like whiteboarding allow for specific collaboration sessions tailored to different team members' needs. Auto-scheduling meetings and integration with Microsoft Outlook make organizing and attending meetings effortless. Overall, the product is good and convenient.""Zoom is easy to use.""The solution is easy to navigate.""Whiteboard is a good feature for having a meeting in which everyone can join to type or draw, and write. If we have a brainstorming-type meeting, we can share our own ideas with the whiteboard.""Zoom is stable and I haven't had any problems with it.""Zoom is very easy to set up. You simply download it and use it.""I felt the installation to be straightforward.""I don't have any issues with the scalability of Zoom."

Cons
"Not a ten because there's room for improvement. Sometimes there is disconnectivity.""Google Hangouts is not as feature-rich as Slack. Adding more features to this solution would make it better.""In the next release, I would like to see call recording made available.""Google Hangouts could work on making the service better for slow connections.""It is not as stable. They can improve its stability.""The stability of Google Hangouts could still be improved. How virtual backgrounds are handled also needs improvement.""Support could be a bit faster.""There is no recording feature in Google Meet. However, Zoom has the recording feature and we use it for any calls that require recording."

"While the communication and video-audio conferencing features on Zoom are excellent, unlike Microsoft Teams, there is no direct integration with SharePoint. For us, that is the disadvantage of Zoom.""Technical support is in need of improvement.""It is important for us to have Zoom integration with our Active Directory environment.""I would like to be able to have multiple users open and collaborate on a document at the same time.""They can make it easier to use and more intuitive. Ease of use is always a key for selling a product.""The user interface should be more straightforward and easy to use.""Zoom's user interface could be improved. For example, it could have bigger buttons for elderly people.""The privacy settings need to be more apparent, otherwise anyone can wander into meeting rooms and disrupt them."
