"Our financial department does not use Bitrix24 because it's not good for the sort of work they do. So, once we create an invoice in Bitrix24, we sent it to the client and the financial department and they enter it separately into their system. "The chatbot feature is not very intelligent and lacks AI capabilities.""It is hard to modify information around a customer. You need to pay for the features and the tool needs to improve it.""There are at least two big pieces.
