I've implemented various deployments, with one of the most extensive being a multi-tier architecture utilizing different scale sets for handling ingress, egress, and east-west traffic internally. This particular deployment spanned across two regions, with a total of twelve instances distributed among the scale sets, each serving a distinct function. Essentially, it aimed to replicate a traditional data center environment in the cloud, catering to the specific needs of the organization.

The solution's implementation depends on the customer's network scenario and policies. The initial setup doesn't take more than 30 minutes, and the rest can be done later.

I believe headquarters had Check Point support. 

For the first implementation, we used an MSP consultant in collaboration with Check Point. We did the recent deployment in-house directly with Check Point.

I deployed it myself.

I was the only one involved in its deployment. To deploy this, you need to have a background in IT security and networking put together.

We had a Check Point partner for implementation. Our experience with them was good. 

We didn’t use a reseller or integrator; it’s really simple to deploy, and we had the capability to set it up on our own.

During deployment, we took technical help from Check Point.

We implemented it ourselves.

In our deployment environment, each instance is strategically positioned at the forefront of the web servers within the data center, effectively serving its purpose. Specifically, it functions to regulate internet access for the servers and manage inbound connections from internet customers to the servers.

It's remarkably easy to deploy, by far the simplest. For instance, it only took us a few minutes to transition to production. This capability is incredibly beneficial, as it allows us to swiftly assist customers during emergencies by deploying a firewall and addressing any threats they may encounter.

We implemented the solution through vendor team management.

Initially, we sought the help of a partner for deployment, but for upgrades and migrations, we largely handled them ourselves. Fortunately, these processes weren't overly complex, and we found helpful documentation on the Check Point website to guide us through them.

The implementation took place through the vendor.

We deployed through a vendor team, and their level of expertise is high.

We had the Check Point CloudGuard Network Security team help us remotely with the implementation.

We have a service level agreement with some vendors for the maintenance, but we rarely call them, because we handle it mostly in-house.

We used the services of a company based in Panama. With the Infinity contract, we had some professional time with Check Point, and they helped us set up some of the things. They reviewed some of the things that we deployed, so we have all the best practices.

We handled the setup in-house.

We worked with the Check Point cloud implementation team. There were two of us from my team involved and three Check Point cloud architects who helped us through most of the process.

We used an integrator. Our experience with them wasn't great. 

The implementation started with a vendor and the IT team. The engineer that worked with us presented great knowledge of the product.

We enlisted the help of a service provider to assist us with the implementation. 

During the initial deployment phase, we encountered a learning curve as we transitioned from traditional firewall deployment methods to cloud-based environments. One concern was whether the throughput would match that of physical appliances. However, we ultimately found the performance to be satisfactory and were pleased with the results. We engaged with both Check Point and third-party experts to assist with deployment, given that it was a new process for us. Drawing on their expertise proved invaluable in navigating the deployment process smoothly.

We are performing our PoC with assistance from the OEM.

99 percent of the time, we are doing the deployment ourselves. Here and there, we will have a one-off, but we do the deployment ourselves.

There are three of us who were involved in the deployment, which are the same people who are doing the maintenance.

We installed it with the help of Check Point-badged engineers. To be honest, we had to ask for a new lead engineer. And once that occurred, the project implementation went very smoothly.

The vendor did the implementation and the maintenance of Check Point CloudGuard Network Security.

Our in-team has a Check Point Certified engineer as part of it.

I was the only one from our organization involved with the deployment.

In the initial installation, the first time, I was working with a Check Point engineer, because we were new to AWS and the Check Point integration with AWS. We came from Azure. We needed somebody just to make sure that we were doing the right thing. But after that, we never needed Check Point support. They would check in on us, just to make sure everything was good.

The engineer was really good. He was there to walk us through and to make sure we understood every piece of the deployment. After that, I put together some documentation based on our needs. From then on, future deployment was fairly simple.

We used the implementation guide provided by the company to assist with deployment.

We had a reseller and use IBM as an integrator. Our experience was positive. 

Check Point helped us with the deployment. 

We did not use an integrator, reseller, or consultant for the deployment. 

Our deployment was completed by our in-house team. We have a Check Point Certified engineer working in the engineering team.

For the deployment, we work with the vendor. So, the deployment took two weeks.

We need to provision the firewall, deploy the manager, and understand where the firewall needs to connect, which AWS area, and so on.

We just needed more than two people for the deployment. We worked with the security network security architect and called them engineers.

We use an in-house technical team to deploy the solution.

I'm an Operation Engineer; I handle the deployments myself. 

We handled the implementation ourselves.

We are an integrator. The number of people that are required for the deployment and maintenance of this product depends on the organization. The deployment could be done by one or two people, but for the maintenance of the device, big companies require more people because they are establishing new connections with third parties and so on, which means that it requires many changes.

The first time we deployed it was through a Check Point pre-sales specialist. After that, we deployed on our own. 

The consultants were very helpful. 

We are partners with Check Point so we handle the installations and deployment. In the beginning, we did have some engineers from Check Point assist us in the initial installations, but after that it was fine and we were able to manage it by ourselves.

We handled the implementation ourselves using in-house personnel. We didn't need the outside assistance of integrators or consultants.

The team that helped us was very good.

We did our own deployment. We used a reseller for buying the product, but not for the implementation.
