Pros
"They are easy to use, they are cheaper, and it's a trusted brand.""The installation is quite straightforward.""They're straightforward and stable.""The hardware side is a very big advantage. We use it 24/7 and we haven't had any problems so far with the switches.""The reliability of the solution has been the best feature."

"Juniper Ethernet Switches' most valuable feature is the Juniper-Mist cloud, which facilitates management of the switches and access points.""We have multiple cases of the customers trying to upgrade their network from Cisco, Aruba and Huawei to Juniper. They do this basically because they want to modernise their network and have an increased capacity. This shift improves their functionality because the Juniper Ethernet switches are more advanced. We provide them with assistance to configure switches, access points and Wi-Fi.""The feature I like the most is the ability to reword changes before committing to the change. We can always reword changes in 10 minutes if they don't work.""This solution is impeccable.""It's easy to use.""It is easy to configure, and there are three routing switches.""The solution is certainly scalable.""It's stable and reliable."

Cons
"I think there's nothing that needs to be improved because the company is no longer in existence.""The configuration of 3Com H3C Switches could be better.""The technical support services need improvement in terms of communication.""The cost and the integration with other solutions could be better.""When we try to do configuration changes sometimes it malfunctions."

"Juniper Ethernet Switches could improve in the EX 2300 model because it does not support IPsec VPN. Only the models at 3400 or higher support it. Additionally, there is a need for support for Mac which is lacking. Some of their competitors, such as Cisco, support Mac.""The initial setup for Juniper switches is complex. Juniper has a new program that solves that problem a little bit, but it is expensive, so I don't use it. It is Juniper Mesh, Juniper Wire, or something like that where you plug in a switch, and it goes out to their cloud, finds a config, and brings it down. So, you can do everything cloud-based, but there is a fee for that. It is expensive, so I've never used it. If we were starting, we would try to do something like that. It is more for a large enterprise for managing hundreds of switches versus what we're doing. They should make its price more cost-effective or include it for new or smaller companies.""The updates are constantly breaking.""One potential drawback of the Juniper EX Series has been that those without experience using a command-line interface (CLI) may find it intimidating. However, Junos is working on improving this by offering tools, such as Juniper Mist with Wired Assurance and Apstra. Additionally, the graphical user interface (GUI) could be improved as it has been considered lackluster across the board in Junos.""Juniper Ethernet Switches would be improved by upgrading the uplink port in EX2300 categories service from 10G to 25G.""Juniper EX Series Ethernet Switches is not cheap. The tool needs improvement in UI.""The durability of the devices could be better.""You need to make a few local configurations to work with the solution. We have faced issues with the tool's stability."
