Simple process to capture, develop, evaluate and objectively rank potential projects against each other ahead of investment approval. After approval a system should be capable of detailed management of project execution with shared resource planning.

About me
I am a chemical engineer, company founder and software product strategist.
I have spent over 25 years in marketing technology, product development, engineering, IT and business development.
* Over 25 years broad experience in process engineering and information technology in diverse industries including mining, process manufacturing, speciality chemicals, energy generation, food and beverage.
* CIO and IT manager for a Chemicals Group (responsible for strategy, IT governance, outsourcing, vendor evaluation, strategic technology alliances).
* Managing Director / Product Director of a number of software businesses responsible for the product development, professional services, sales and marketing functions. Member of Institute of Directors.
* Engineering experience includes R&D and commercialisation projects inter-alia: methanol to olefins, polymers (PVC) and biotechnology - involved in complete lifecycle from early R&D to commercial scale plant operations.
