I believe in, "discomfort equals progress." People get used to their daily routines and are afraid with change because of fear of the unknown. Since, I had moved at each stage of my life, change is now ingrained in my DNA. This provides many challenges: socially, culturally, and professionally which I had to overcome.

My pursuit in data mining has guided me to my role in data visualization with the use of a cloud BI tool called BIME which allows to customize, visualize, and create value through crafting raw data. I have also learned R which is a popular statistical tool in predictive analytics. The difference in forecasting and predictive analytics is one is predicting an outcome while the other is influencing an outcome.
