About me

My background has given me good doses of technical and business experience. These temper judgments and allow me to put realistic perspective on goals and outcomes. I have a “just fix it” attitude and am always looking for ways to improve processes from both technical and business perspectives. This causes me to dig in to understand my business and the underlying technology. It also causes me to be tenacious in problem solving, staying engaged until I find a solution.
I always admire elegant solutions, but balance elegance with efficiency and implement coarse solutions when called for, knowing improvement is a continual process. My associates expect good work from me, and I of them. Strong leadership backed by performance and integrity inspire me. Setting that same example is a constant goal.
