Nathan Plamondon is a Systems Analyst and certified Splunk Architect at Arizona State University. Working with a small team and a large license, he helps users gain insight and security from their data. Among many other projects, Nathan works on automation and expanding the university's Splunk presence into Amazon AWS. He also volunteers and mentors at Arizona's first hackerspace, HeatSync Labs. Previously, he was a Systems Administrator for the NASA-/JPL-funded Mars Space Flight Facility at ASU, supporting various space missions including TES, THEMIS, and OSIRIS-REx. Nathan lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife and furry/scaly/electronic kids.
