Find out in this report how the two Web Content Management solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."We use a part of the solution called Acquia. The personalization portion of this is the most valuable aspect fo the solution."
"You can build websites on it very quickly."
"The feature I find most valuable is that Drupal is a framework and not only a CMS."
"It is good for big projects."
"The most valuable features are the messaging and the video calling, especially where you can add a background."
"What I use the most is the plugin or the optimization feature."
"The group chat is very good."
"The solution is relatively stable."
"It's a very simple software that's very easy to understand."
"Arranging online meetings is the most valuable feature of Microsoft Teams."
"Its feature that allows for meetings is very good. Also, the solution's performance has been good, and there have been no issues. I rate the performance of the solution a ten out of ten."
"Multiple channels and tools for recording."
"The user experience in designing layouts should be much easier or much more helpful."
"I think the support needs to improve, as well as the integration with tracking and analytics systems."
"Digital experience features like target, segmentation, and campaign management have a long way to go."
"It is a little bit simplified."
"It would be better if Microsoft Teams can link us to the internet on the screen sharing mode during the meeting."
"The solution should improve internal and external data expansion. I am not able to send records to an external member who has been added to the call. I am only able to send the file to the internal member. These features should be enabled in that Teams so that during the call, we can share the document file and discuss at the same time."
"I have faced issues with connection. Maybe, it's an issue from my side. The company accounts in Teams has some issues as well. I could not establish calls with certain domains, and then the product asked me to buy a professional account. The problem with Teams is that they are split between professional or company accounts and personal accounts. It's not very clear how you can go from one to another. That's the main issue with teams."
"I don't like the online version of Word and Excel. It skews the layout. It is no longer representative of the layout that you actually have in a document. You always have to open it in the desktop application to get an accurate representation of how the document will look."
"The solution is very expensive and I won't be able to afford it personally."
"The mobile application needs improvement. There are a lot of features on the web and desktop versions that aren't implemented yet on mobile."
"Inability to see large numbers of participants."
"If I could completely eliminate Outlook and only use Teams, that would help me immensely. Productivity would increase drastically and many of our team members would be more efficient in our day-to-day, as we would be living primarily in a single tool."
