These features improved our process in the States very well.""It provides innovative ideas for implementation.""We are using the HANA Z database for CRM, which enhances the products we are currently using by making the system more efficient. Everything is connected to CRM, so we can use the data for analytics, sales forecasting, and data modeling.""SAP CRM is very fast, providing accurate information and good results.""The stability is good.""SAP CRM integrates well with SAP ERP which is useful.""It was comfortable setting up the tool.""The tool is easy to use."

Cons
"Because Salesforce is a cloud solution, sometimes we have issues with speed. We experience a lot of delays."

More IQVIA Orchestrated Customer Engagement Cons →

"In terms of visibility of the data, there's a very limited set that we have access to and sometimes it's very difficult and not user-friendly to analyze from front end to back end. It's the biggest challenge, even if I'm working with an organization where we've implemented SAP.""SAP CRM could improve in the area of user-friendliness. It would help if you had an engineer to do the administration. The migration is complex when moving from the old version to the latest version.""Our users are using it primarily from their laptop browser and very few are using it on their mobile because the mobile is not that user-friendly.""It was not very stable. It was not a network problem because we were using tools that were not SAP. They were working well. But when I'm running the SAP, it's not working for us.""SAP CRM could improve by being easier to use and customer-friendly.""SAP CRM should create a more user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI).""In the future, machine learning and artificial intelligence functionality need to be included.""What I see as a challenge against our competitor is that Salesforce comes with more flexibility, for enhancement purposes, whereas the SAP CRM Cloud is more robust and rigid. It's not flexible to implement any bespoke solution."
