The product's user interface is clunky. We have difficulty in finding what we need. I would also like to see automation in the onboarding processes. 

The DMARC protocol is quite complicated, which may not be something that could be improved. The new addition is BIMI, which provides secure brand recognition with delivered emails.

It takes a bit of learning. Agari guides you through it and the interface is improving. The documentation provided is quite good.

Some customers in the financial sector do not like the cloud solution because they don't want data to be transferred to a US-based cloud. In these cases, customers would like to have an on-premises deployment.

It is not tailored for the SMB market and not really deployable in such an environment.
