"Google Mail lets you link a task to a specific email and add a reminder. That's helpful for reviewing your schedule. It's based on Slack, so you don't have these folders like in Microsoft mail. Using Slack instead of folders is a bit more intuitive. It's easier to find again a specific email than using Microsoft Suite. If you misplace things, it's much easier to find them because of Google's search capability.""The most valuable part of G Suite is the integration among all of the components. It's also highly reliable because it's always available. And G Suite's ability to collaborate on all the standard office tools has no rival. It's amazing because you can work seamlessly with any of your colleagues on the same document.""The solution offers a workflow where we can collaborate and share documents. Its most valuable features are Gmail and Google Drive. Google Drive is great for file collaboration. It improves productivity. The product is on the cloud; we don't have to connect to the office through a VPN.""Good performance, even on relatively slow connections; no local apps required.""The features we use quite a lot are the mail and Google Drive. We can store documents and share documents between both employees here, locally in Sweden, and we have an office in the US as well. It's a very easy way to share information and documents, and have online meetings and stuff with Google Meet. We use it quite a lot.""It's more open than Microsoft and easy to use.""A complete integrated environment for our business. I get Google docs, Gmail, online space, and calendar where I can easily perform all documentation, storage, and communications online.""Google Chat is the most valuable feature of the solution."

Cons
"I would like to see workflow implementation, as well as a lite version for non-business users."

More BlackBerry Workspaces Cons →

"Google Workspace needs to be more flexible, like Microsoft Excel.""There's a bit of a learning curve.""Some concerns over security, but there are moves to address this and provide admin tools to secure content and adhere to data protection regulations.""The problem with the presentation is that if you upload a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and you convert it to Google presentation, the slides or pictures, their images are not editable. You can't edit the slides that you brought in. They're just images.""Google Workspace doesn't have some of the Excel and PowerPoint presentation functions you get with Microsoft Office.""There are 120 different products and Google is ready to copy their competitors and vice versa. Some of them work, and some of them don't. There are many newer tools with no-code environments which allow for a leaner self-owned system, where I'm not tied to paying hundreds and thousands of dollars a year to another company.""The synchronization is a bit of an issue.""For Google Docs, if you upload a Word document up to Google Docs, it could mess up your formatting quite a bit."
