The only drawback I see is that it's a bit disconnected from other online tests or evaluations that we have to do, which means we may need to engage another tool. There is no easy or seamless way to integrate that information, so people have to go back and forth to fill in that information, and we find it a bit disjointed. Another improvement is in regards to resume filtering. For example, there is no internal solution for being able to score a resume for the relevant skill sets. If we get 100 resumes for a role, how do we stack-rank those files without having to manually read through each of the profiles? There are a few other tools that have embodied those advanced techniques which Breezy doesn't have."
"In the beginning, I was having a hard time learning the software because I was using it on a remote basis. Of course, I used some YouTube videos and other online resources to get by, but for me personally, I learn a bit more easily when the training is done in-person. I had to work double time just on the learning part of it, so I would say that Freshteam could do with better training resources."
