We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution offers great features."

"Valuable features of the solution are that it's simple and effective.""We find Google Drive and mail useful for our services.""If I'm addressing certain emails from banks — automatic emails, like OTP, etc. — I can create rules and forward that OTP to the specific email IDs. You can create rules and deliver mail to different groups using the forwarding feature. It's handy.""The security and privacy policies of G Suite make it efficient, and the organizational data is secure.""The solution is very intuitive.""The initial setup of Google Workspace is straightforward.""It is a stable platform. It is very easy to use, and most importantly, it is very easy to administer. It also gets up and running quite easily.""We use Google Sheets extensively for things like sharing plans, data, test reports, and more."

Cons
"NVMe support is lacking when it comes to performance on the disk side."

More CodeTwo Exchange Rules Cons →

"I have had issues with my Google Address Book. I have an address book and it is available to everyone, but I cannot add additional users. In Microsoft Outlook, I could easily share certain contacts with other members of my team, but I cannot do so on G Suite.""What needs improvement in Google Workspace is the Google Drive app, in particular, making the process of finding the shared and most used files and folders easier. The first time you get an invite to view a file or folder in Google Drive and you view that folder or file, it's pretty easy, but the next time you try to access it again, sometimes, it's a bit difficult to find what was shared with you. An additional feature I'd like to see in Google Workspace is the option to un-send messages in Gmail. Microsoft has a message recall feature, and this isn't available in Gmail, so it's the feature I'd like to be added to Gmail.""G-Suite is excellent for what we're trying to do, but it could use some extra features. For example, it would be helpful if we had a seamless way to convert Excel macros to Google Sheets.""We use Zoom most of the time for official meetings, and we use Google Meet only for internal meetings. I would like to get an improvised Google Meet. It would be good if they can make Google Meet more clear in communication and more scalable like Zoom.""Google Workspace needs to be more flexible, like Microsoft Excel.""I don't recommend Google Workspace to others. It's expensive. Also, Google doesn't have enough oversight on their partners, so you will face some difficulties dealing with them instead of directly with Google.""And I think Google Translate could add more features. For example, it could be integrated when typing in a document or a web browser like Grammarly.""Google Workspace doesn't have some of the Excel and PowerPoint presentation functions you get with Microsoft Office."
