Pros
"We can manage the entire system across the network and troubleshoot the pain points."

"Event management and the geographical Google API-based network topology are the most valuable features of Entuity.""I particularly like the theme and the dashboard that they have brought in this version. In the previous version, there was only a simple screen. There wasn't any dashboard. It was a simple view, but now, they have brought in a dashboard that gives the fields for the ops as well. They can get the data they want to see in a single place.""The setup was very simple and took about an hour.""The initial setup of Entuity is easy and the full process took approximately 30 minutes.""We find the SurePath component of this solution to be very valuable, as it gives us the path to whatever we are configuring.""This is a product that is easy to deploy and maintain with a positive end-user experience.""The best thing about Entuity is that it's easy to use. It's user-friendly. It's intuitive and easy to customize as per your needs.""One of the most valuable features of Entuity is the user interface."

"Its analytical capability is really good.""The alerting feature is very good because it allows you to set MOS alerts at various network junctures or data points.""One of the valuable features is the ability to create CLI scripts on the fly to fix any issues. We were using it for QoS modeling to ensure that we were properly modeling QoS, and it basically said here is what you need to fix to get this QoS done, whether it is ACL or something else. It would either push or recommend. If you have the right credentials, you could also push. It is very good if you are a Cisco shop. It gives you reporting, latency, and bandwidth utilization for your applications, so you can do good capacity management planning. There are a lot of pieces that LiveNX can give you. It is a total NPM solution for SD-WAN.""We don't have any complaints about the software. According to my team, it's a very good tool that's very intuitive.""The intention and the idea of the filter is great.""All in all, LiveAction LiveNX has become an indispensable tool for maintaining and improving our network's reliability and performance, ultimately supporting our organization's goal of providing timely and dependable delivery services.""The product has a very good graphical interface."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"It should support IPAM or IP Address Management. When it comes to the network, IP Address Management is a feature for which we have to use a different solution. When we are managing networks, if IPAM also becomes a part of this, we do not have to look for a separate solution.""Entuity could improve by having more integration because now network management is not a standalone solution. You have to integrate it with your network, applications, and everything else. We have to collect that information from those solutions or relevant managers. Additionally, the SLA dashboard should be improved.""The configuration of the logging could be improved because if someone deleted any note or inventory, or some change to the inventory, we are not able to identify which user or which administrator modifies these details. For example, there should be read-only locks on maps to prevent their deletion. This way people can only read and cannot delete that particular map.""If we want to modify the calculation matrix or equation, we have to raise a professional service.""Entuity currently has APIs, but they are not straightforward. They are not flexible if an external system wants to communicate with Entuity or create an integration that is not available out of the box. Its APIs can be flexible so that they can be utilized for external integrations that are not available out of the box.""Entuity can improve the fetching of device configuration. The solution uses scripts and I could not understand them or find any recourses on the internet to learn about the language that is used in the script. It could be more user-friendly and the device configuration management could be enhanced.""In the most recent versions, Entuity has removed the Explorer navigation feature. This was very useful, and Entuity would be improved by restoring it.""We would like the backup element of this solution to be improved as, at present, it is very limited and does not have much scope for customization."

More Entuity Cons →

"The tool crashes sometimes when we try to pull reports simultaneously.""Improved documentation and more responsive customer support can help in addressing issues faster.""It is not as robust as other NPM solutions. For instance, there is a problem while labeling specific applications. It works well with well-known applications, but when you have to put in new applications that are not very known and set them up with names, ports, URLs, or some protocols, it is not as intuitive.""The only downside to this software is the price.""This is a horrible solution and I think everything needs to be improved.""They need to create a more simplified UI.""Sometimes the solution does not register devices properly and that is a bug."
