I'm also familiar with Imperva. Imperva is pretty good in general, however, the local support could be better. F5 is better in terms of local support. 

Prior to using this solution we used Fortinet. I do not know why we switched because the transition had happened before I joined the company.

We used another solution which is Citrix, but we decided to switch due to some recurring issues and to mitigate future problems.
