When it comes to improving XClarity, I'd like to be able to log in and have it all centralized instead of logging into a specified server and IP. I want to be able to log in and see all servers.

I'd also like to improve the pricing as some of the features are quite expensive.

They can move to something even more simple for daily user management. The way to upgrade the framework is not so simple at the moment. They can make it better in the future. These changes would require a complete redesign of the infrastructure and rethinking of the interface.
