Our primary use case for this solution is different projects, transaction systems and mail infrastructure.

The storage features are valuable.

We have been using the solution for a while and are currently using NetApp version A800.

The solution is stable.

The solution is scalable.

We have had a good experience with customer service and support. I rate them a ten out of ten.

The initial setup is complex. It has a unified storage system and some functions we do not have in other storage systems. The deployment time and all the system storage are based on the project because it will make time from hours to weeks or even months to be distributed.

I rate the solution a nine out of ten. The solution is good, but the initial setup process can be improved. I recommend the solution to new users depending on their projects.

The primary use case is video surveillance.

Our implementation of this product helps us to meet our compliance requirements.

The most valuable features are stability and performance.

The initial setup should be easier, and more like a plug-and-play approach.

I have been using NVMe AFF A800 for approximately one month.

This is a very stable product.

Scalability-wise, we have not had any issues with it.

We have had no issues with technical support.

This is a complicated piece of technology and it is not easy to set up. I would like to see it simplified.

Considering the requirements and the situation, I don't feel that this is an expensive product.

We evaluated a solution by Dell EMC, along with this one.

In summary, this is a good product, it is serving our purpose well, I am satisfied with it, and I absolutely recommend it for others. At this point, I can't see any requirements that need to have functionality or capabilities added.
