Demand proper training and 24-hour immediate support. Negotiate the cost of licensing and support without compromising on usage of the system.

It offers an excellent BPM and process mapping tool. However, the content management part of the suite is not user friendly. The solution is very expensive, which discourages small SMEs from adopting it. Licensing is very expensive as well.

You should have a dedicated office, team, or staff members to run with the product on a daily basis. You don’t want to take staff from other departments like IT to run this along side their other daily activities, as it will not work to full potential. It need its own team to run effectively and produce results within a short space of time.
