About me

Born and raised in Iowa, I spent my primary education years in Des Moines public, and my secondary education years in Johnston, taking a keen interest in maths, statistics, and computer science.

Graduating in the top 10% of the class, and as a National Honor Society VP, I continued on to the University of Iowa in Iowa City, where I pursued and completed degrees in Actuarial Science and Mathematics, with minors in Business and Art.

I was able to parlay my degree and experience into a position as an Actuarial Assistant at Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, which was a great opportunity, but ultimately not the best fit.

Following that, I sought to reclaim my root interests in computers and programming, landing a job as an Automation Analyst at Rural Soluxions in Ames, IA, a subsidiary of Xpanxion, based in Atlanta, GA.

My interests are focused in information technology and technology in general, with a keen focus on efficiency and clean design.
