IT Manager with over ten years management experience in a diverse range of businesses that include private and retail banking, facilities management provision and one of the UK’s largest high street retailers. A good communicator with an eye for precise detail and a good understanding of sound IT governance with excellent organisational skills aided by V3 ITIL – Foundation, Service Operations, Service Strategy, Service Design and Continual Service Improvement accreditation and the associated practical and technical skills which I have demonstrated by modernising and restructuring the service operations departments within my current role and previously through the creation of an efficient IT operational service including service desk from scratch for my former employers the then start-up bank the Islamic Bank of Britain.
